The dental experience was fine, but the staff he has doing the billing are completely incompetent. I gave them the correct insurance information at check-in and assumed all would be fine. About a month later, the Myers Office called and explained that my insurance did not have a record of me in the system. Confused, I called my insurance company myself, the insurance company said the Myers Office had never called and had never filed a claim. I went into the Myers Office to make sure they had the correct information again. This is when the Myers' lady told me they had the wrong information for me. Apparently, they had me listed with a dental insurance company in Colorado and incorrect information about my employer. I have no affilitation to Colorado, so this was very random. I gave them the correct information again; however the claim wasn't processed for the second time. Apparently, they lost my information. Again, I get a call from the Myers Office a month later, and I again sent the insurance information. We finally get the claim processed after THREE attempts. For a May service, I just received the bill in October. During the last six months, they have never sent me a bill, never notified me of what my total may be. I had already paid my co-pay up front, so I knew the total would be very small. Just to be sure, I called in to make sure that we were still "okay" as this was being processed. Since the Myers Office had already admitted to bungling the processing (mixing up medical records, etc), I was told that everything was fine and to just take care of the bill when it eventually arrived. Imagine my surprise, when the bill finally showed up and I was assessed two late fees. The total bill was $8 plus late fees and showed the $8 as being delinquent. At this point, I am so disgusted with the incompetency shown thus far that I am just paying the late fees, since I don't want to wait another six month to pay my $8 bill and have my credit score brought down. I would never recommend this place and will never return. If the office had this many problems processing a simple dental claim, I am terrified to think of other medical mix-ups they may have. Save yourself the grief, go elsewhere!
