Horrible service, long wait (over 2 hrs) and poor treatment. Will never go back. Switched to a different dentist after the first visit.

I went to the one located at 225 Broadway. Overall the experience was average. Be prepared for a long wait, which is frustrating, all things considered, it could be worse.

Great Dentist convenient location and the dentist and staff were very friendly. I hate going to the dentist I'm always afraid of the pain and hate when people dig in my mouth but the doctor that I saw made me feel very comfortable. I had a cleaning and a cavity filled. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

3 cavities, no pain. In and out. My teeth never felt better. So efficient and skilled. I saw two different dentists, and one was nicer that the other. My whole family now goes to Metropolitan Dental, even my four year old.

I am an out of towner. I was playing tennis, missed the ball, fell and broke my tooth. The only place that I saw in the area was Metropolitan Dental. They saw me immediately and saved my tooth. They were kind, thoughtful and concerned. I may have lost my tennis match, but I still have my tooth due to their prompt care. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I am a person who usually hates the dentist, but i have to say my experience at the dentist was great. I wound up needing a Root canal. The doctor who treated me was both gentle and professional. He may what I always thought of as a very painful procedure painless. Thank you Dr. Foroughi for all your help!!!!

Was looking for a dentist near work for routine cleanings and Metro was given as a suggestion. Made an appointment for 5:30 on a Tuesday evening and wasn't seen until close to 7PM -- and that was just for basic x-rays! I was very disappointed after being sent back out into the waiting room as I thought I was finally getting started with my exam. They called me in again at 7:10 to meet with Dr. Palladino, who was a very kind, elderly dentist, but was simply there to look me over and basically just determined what teeth I had pulled as a child.. oy. I was sent back out again and finally got in to get my teeth cleaned at 7:30 and it took all of 10-15 minutes. I was watching the majority of the staff leave for the evening and felt that the hygienist and I were going to be the last ones out. Ridiculous. I could just tell the cleaning wasn't a quality job, though the hygienist was pleasant. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there.

The staff overall is disappointing -- they have an attitude about them, and the female assistants carry themselves very poorly -- just very rude and garish personalities. The office itself is falling apart -- horribly dated, paint peeling, dirty-looking.. and the bathrooms are a joke -- the door doesn't even close on one! I felt so bad for one of the nicer girls at the front desk, as she seemed to be running things on her own and I can imagine it's a pretty drab place to work.

I also disliked how, when I first met with Dr. Palladino, his assistant was already scheduling my 6 month check-up and was pretty rude when I told her I couldn't come in until the evening hours. I shouldn't be pressured into an daytime appointment when you haven't even done your jobs yet! I was quite vexed. Overall, this was far, FAR from the experience I wanted to have -- I don't need any special work done, just routine cleanings, and I'm cavity-free.. in this huge city, why can't I find a decent hometown-esque dentist..?!

Pros: Dentist and X-Ray tech were both kind.

Cons: Everything else: manners, disrespected my time, office environment, quality of care.

I've been here numerous times and have had no problems. I even had 4 impacted wisdom teeth pulled out and I left the place with a smile on my face. The dentist's won't spend much time with you if you are getting a cleaning. In bigger dental offices, the hygienists normally do the cleaning.

As for the bills, I don't really care much for it...my insurance covers it! I don't even have to pay a co-pay.

They make you wait for so long, why bother coming in on time? The staff treat the patients like they're cattle. They quickly work on you and say nothing. They should learn some bedside manners. There was a hygienist who spent probably 30 seconds on my teeth. It was a race for him. I hate this office with a passion.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. Everytime I have gone I have had to wait at least 2 hours to be seen. The office staff are very rude and both times tried to over-charge me. The dental hygenist didn't say one word to me, got my entire face soaked, and barely cleaned my teeth. She missed all four of my back molars. The only positive is that the dentists are nice.
