In brief staff allowed to treat patients any kind of way & got to the point of not only poor care from doctor they would just try to bounce you to what ever doctor and with ongoing care another doesn't want to really step on another foot within the same practice! My care was so poor & staff's attitudes were terrible if I honestly had stayed on their treatment plan and med's I would not be here today, without a doubt in my mind. I'm not the only patient to make a complaint for them to not like it and give a hard time. As soon as I brought to their attention how bad staff were treating and talking to patients they said and I do quote the doctor has talked to you about your rudeness which had never happened & that then with a lie was the end of any trust nor patient relationship & not only did I never talk to the doctor trying to get all of my patient records took months from 2 of my doctors whom had no good comment on this practice of doctors and staff. Remember this is my experience and others.......very sad. With this said honestly ask yourself even if they claim to only bounce to a few locations, when any practice starts having 7,8,9 or more offices what kind of care are you going to really get? I now know and never will see a doctor now that has more than maybe 3 or tops 4 because I want patient care and not to be another number nor treated like an animal on an assembly line. MAKE ALSO THAT THIS DOES NOT REFLECT ON JUST THIS DR. PAUL MONROE IT IS THE PRACTICE AS I DID NOT MAYBE SEE THIS DOCTOR BUT ANOTHER IN THE PRACTICE.
