I feel so lucky to have Dr. Rabinowitz as my Dr. He is thorough, compassionate and spends a lot of time in an effort to come up with the right course of treatment. When I called in with a question he called me back that night. He puts in a long day of work. Many physicians have staff call back the patient, but he called me himself. Every Dr. should have the wonderful bedside manner that Dr. Rabinwoitz has. I would refer anyone who asked to him.

In response to the comment below, I must submit the following to clarify the events that took place on the date of this person's appointment. 1. His appointment was not even with Dr. Rabinowitz. 2
He arrived just over an hour late for his scheduled appointment and stated that he had to leave by a particular time for a meeting. There would not have been adequate time to assess and treat him properly as he arrived late, therefore, we suggested that the appointment be rescheduled. We would have accommodated him however, with his time constraints, it was just not possible. 3. I take issue with his comment that the staff said that "Paul did not care about his patients time.." No one on my staff would say something that ridiculous and again, I will state that HIS APPOINTMENT WAS NOT WITH DR. RABINOWITZ AND DR. RABINOWITZ WAS NOT EVEN IN THE OFFICE! 4. We were having some issues with our internet service at that time. We had recently upgraded our server and were working out some bugs. Every business (even Microsoft!) has had internet and website issues at one time or another and that is certainly not a reflection of the way our office runs. 5. We made an honest attempt to reschedule his appointment at a time convenient for him and that would allow the doctor to give him the time he deserved, however, he was not interested. 6. I cannot state for certain that the appointment time mixup was or was not the fault of our staff. It is possible that multiple times were discussed and there was a miscommunication. However, it is also just as possible that this gentleman wrote down the wrong time. We apologized then and will apologize now if this was our error. We pride ourselves on treating our patients with dignity and respect and have years of positive feedback from our patients. I am not certain why this man felt compelled to write this awful review, but I assure anyone reading this that his comments are definitely not reflective of our practice and practice philosophy. C. What an bad experience I had today! This practice is not patient focus and does not respects patients' time. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment, only to wait 45 minutes for nothing. I was told to schedule 2 hours for my appointment. As a Consultant, I have to schedule my hours with clients in advance, as these are all billable hours. Waiting an hour did not leave enough time for the appointment, unless Paul was planning on cutting corners on my service or risk being late to my appointment. The staff clearly stated that Paul did not care about his patients time and that his schedule was the only thing that matter. They were very disorganize in the front office. The office manager stated that the reason I never received my appointment confirmation, directions to the office and new patient forms was because they were having Internet issues. She even stated that their website was down. If they run their office in this matter, you can take a guess what level of service you will receive as a patient. Do you want to risk your chances with Paul when their are numerous other allergists in Atlanta. I called my Doctor, who was happy to make another referral.

We came to Dr Rabinowitz after we were dissatisfied with another Duluth Doctor advertised as "Atlanta's Top Allergist" who was never in the office, and it was all being done by technicians. We felt like we were being herded like cattle and had no real interaction with the doctor. Since then, Dr Rabinowitz has been treating my son's allergies and it has been like night and day. He is personable and funny; he has excellent bedside manner and he is thorough. He answers any questions and he pays close attention to my son's treatment and the results of his breathing tests, etc. His staff is super friendly and courteous. He is a real physician who spends time and seems to care about improving the lives of his patients. I trust him with my son's care because he is experienced and competent. Furthermore, he is not just focused on the quantity of patients he can squeeze in.

Befor moving to Atlanta 2 years ago I lived in Richmond Virginia. My allergist there had me on shots for 7 years. I wanted Dr. Rabinowitz to continue giving me the shots. He said that maybe you don't need them anymore. He retested me and found that I was no longer allergic. Shots were stopped and my symptoms are controlled with medicine only. I love an honest doctor who I can trust who doesn't try to rip me off.
