I've seen Dr. R but twice and have been impressed both times. He found things the man I saw for teeth issues in the interim (TMJ) and other "prominent" facilities and doctors missed which I had questions about. Dr. R is professional, but a "good guy" like a teddy bear and knows his stuff very well. He had the time so he listened to me about a lot of related issues and difficulties before beginning my exam & cleaning. It was state of the art technology and he was so interested in my case that he requested I leave a stack of papers with him to take the time to read through! Stuff other doctors toss aside. He took my pain seriously and treated it until arrangements could be made to fix it. He talked to me about my sensitive teeth and gave me samples and options for sensitive teeth paste since I have allergies to many ingredients. He may need to do surgery and I have no qualms about putting my teeth in this man's hands. His staff was really great too; from scheduling appts to actually showing me and explaining the percentages my insurance will cover for each thing. I plan to do Invisalign braces with him and will hold on to him. Made appt for my husband and totally endorse him, which is something I RARELY do, since I've had so many bad experiences with doctors, even if I have one good appt with them--then the next is bad, I wait until I'm sure. Well, it had been years since he'd seen me and he remembered me, listened and it was another good experience with him.
