Walking into the personal training fitness gym in Thousand Oaks - I was convinced I knew I knew my way around the gym and how to correctly use the gym equipment. After my first personal training session with Miguel I soon learned I was very wrong. Personal Training by Miguel has not only helped me learn how to use the gym effectively but has change the way I think about physical fitness and eating. The tools Miguel has taught me has allowed me to get my friends involved in fitness and working out and motivate them to start running in the evenings. Through fitness training and working out my stamina has greatly increased and I feel much more confident. If it wasn??t for Personal Training by Miguel??s motivation and drive to help me succeed with my health and fitness I know I would never been able to do it!?

??Exercising and working out used to be a ??have? to. Exercise was something that must be endured, a price to pay, to achieve a physical goal? It was when I noticed my body becoming less and less able to adapt to small environmental changes and stresses I was asking from it, such as climbing a flight of stairs, that I decided I needed to start investing in my health and fitness... I have come to a point, after just a few months of Personal Training by Miguel in Thousand Oaks, that when I don??t workout, my body misses the physical exertion, and my mind craves the connection. I have found that regular exercise and gym visits has calmed my mood, increased my confidence in all aspects of my life, and probably most importantly for me, has made me more of the person I want to be? Personal Training by Miguel has been instrumental in guiding this evolution in a very subtle, patient way? He emphasizes the importance of believing in oneself and not giving up? I look forward to working with Personal Training by Miguel in Thousand Oaks as my journey of health, fitness and weight loss continues. Physical goals continue to be achieved and progress made??

Miguel is a GREAT personal trainer. When I first came to the gym in Thousand Oaks I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. This has not been an easy journey, but Personal Training by Miguel in Thousand Oaks has been there for me and I definitely could not have done this without his help and support. He pushes me when I want to give up and he believes in me even when I don't believe in myself. This has been a great learning experience and I could not have asked for a better personal trainer to have guided me through this fitness and weight loss journey."

My personal training workouts with Personal YTraining by Miguel in Thousand Oaks are never predictable. I love that because I love change. I think I would hate doing the same gym exercise routines every day. He does a great job of mixing things up and making the workouts fun and challenging at the same time? Doing sit ups was almost impossible because I experienced unbearable lower back pains, but during a recent fitness evaluation, surprisingly I was able to do a set of sit ups with no pain at all! I expected weight loss to be the outcome of working out with a personal trainer, but I never thought it would also eliminate the back pain I??ve experienced for years.?
