I have found Dr. Ruff competent, professional, sympathetic, informed, and interested. Every step of the way, he minimized the pain, kept me informed. Surprisingly, he did not adopt the distant and impersonal attitude one expects of a doctor. Very responsive to questions and reactions, he made it very easy to relax and cooperate. He is by far the finest urologist I have ever met. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
