Horrible experience ! He never asked me how I injured my foot. He just did a brief exam of my foot and told me I had arthritis! Lisfranc injuries require at the least weight-bearing x-rays to diagnose. I don't know how he could think I would develop crippling arthritis immediately after a ballet injury! Awful bedside manner -- cold fish! Hope no one has to go through what I experienced!

Three years ago when I suddenly began having really excruciating foot pain - the kind where you have to plan ahead moving from one room to another, because it's so hard to walk even a short distance - I went to this podiatrist, on the advice of someone who'd been going to him for many years. Dr. Kwong immediately had x-rays taken, and diagnosed plantar fasciitis. Orthotics were made, and within a few months I was able to go back to walking everywhere all the time without pain, so long as I make sure those hard little foot-aids are in my shoes.
