My experience of going to Dr Gray has been my worst experience of ever dealing with a health professional. My first appointment he did expensive tests, which I found out on my second appointment did not confirm in any way whether I had the problem I came to him in the first place. The tests were a big waste of money.

My second appointment I had to wait three hours and I had to complain to his receptionist. Dr Gray, I assume did not like that since he was visibility angry when I saw him. He did not go over my thyroid test when I asked him about it and told me he did not do the test, which was wrong ( my general practitioner had to go over the results). He used profanity talking about insurance companies, and did not send my information to the insurance companies which he had twice promised.

I had to go to another health professional who gave me the help I needed and treated me with respect. So, besides the rude way he treated me his expertise was of no help. His office staff was rude and surly and they did not return my phone calls most of the time, which was no surprise. Why should the staff treat the patient with respect when the doctor doesn't.

I understand more than anyone when you have health problems it is important to find someone who knows what their doing and also someone who has compassion and will treat you with respect, I did not find that to be the case with Dr Gray.

Dr gray was with out a doubt as understanding a physician as he was treating my grandson, and not the symptoms. he has collaborated with other MD,s to begin a treatment against mold related illnesses.i commend his efforts, and realize that we are not alone in an uphill battle to save any human being who is suffering from the mental, and physical anguish. Ethan is not okay at this time, 6/3/2008. my name is papa bear, from southern Calif. Ethan is my life, and if you are in need of talking to someone, call me. (951)-712-8388 p.s. Dr. do not study mold , and you must ask the question to every neurologist, e.n.t. or other pediatricians. ( WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF THIS WAS YOUR CHILD, OR GRANDCHILD ) GOOD QUESTION FOR THE CDC, A BUNCH OF L- - - S.
