First, I do not recommend anyone coming to his office. The only reason I went was because this was the only place that accepted my insurance. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, it is definitely worth your time. My experience was awful; when I first walked in I noticed there was not any up to date technology. Imagine walking into an office without any computers with your information, only type writers. The secretaries were not very friendly, they seemed annoyed when you'd ask them questions. I arrived 45 minutes early and I still had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time. They only do local anesthesia (just numbing shots). If you are bringing your child, please think twice. After my extraction, they gave me Norco, which didn't help. I had to go to the E.R for pain medication. Two days later I was admitted to the hospital because I had an infection. I was in the hospital for four days. Imagine a healthy 20 year old man in the hospital with doctors asking if he had a will. It was the worst pain and event I have ever experienced. Please, do yourself a favor and listen to these reviews. We are trying to help you so you don't make the same mistake we did. I've been on antibiotics for the past 2 weeks fighting this infection.

So many RED FLAGS. Upon arrival the building looked deserted. His receptionist was very short and rude. I did not see any modern technology, only typewriters. My daughter stepped out to use the restroom before hand, we were 15 minutes early so we figured she had time. His M.A. came for her while my daughter was still in the restroom. When I told the M.A. that she was in the restroom, she visibly looked agitated. The whole time we were there we felt as though everyone was in a big rush to get done with the day as it was a Friday. I do not believe Randy Bisping follows the Principals of medical ethics. (which can be found here http://www.ama-assn.org/ama/pub/physician-resources/medical-ethics/code-medical-ethics/principles-medical-ethics.page? The American medical associations website). His bedside manner is terrible, he is vague and condescending when he does explain something to you. Absolutely ZERO compassion or respect for a terrified child getting her teeth extracted and the unknown that comes with it. Also like many others (as I have read in the reviews that I SHOULD have looked at before even taking my daughter to this so called doctor) was not told that she would only be receiving local anesthetics. My daughter told me after the procedure that Bisping wrenched on her incisors (front teeth) for leverage and to move her head roughly where he wanted it. His state license was NO WHERE to be seen. State law mandates his license in to be placed in plain sight. In hindsight I KNOW I should not have left her in his care. She was visibly scared and crying when I did leave and upon calling me back when he was finished, I asked his M.A. if my daughter was ok and she told me my daughter was perfectly fine and quit crying after I left the room and that she also did great. My daughter informed me later that evening, when she was able to talk, that she was not fine and she cried and was shaking uncontrollably the whole time because of the anxiety and pain of being able to feel what he was doing during the procedure. She was not given any instructions on how to signal him if she needed him to stop what he was doing. His reaction to her was "it is normal for wisdom teeth extractions to be painful." When I got to the room after the procedure he was in a rush and walking away from me with his back to me as I was asking questions about post-op appointments and instructions for after care. A brochure was shoved in my face and I was told by Bisping himself she did not need an appointment to come back and have him check extraction sites. (So I guess if extraction sites get infected, possible dry sockets or any other complications with her healing process will go undetected and untreated until it becomes a bigger issue.) It is also a federal mandate that this so called doctor is HIPPA compliant, especially when accepting state insurance such as Medicaid and Medicare. I will be filing a complaint with the American Medical Association. I can bet he is billing Medicaid for post-op visits that never existed. I will also follow up on that issue.

So I just got back from the dentist today, can't sleep yet so I decided to share my experience. Before I went there I checked this dentist online to see the reviews other people posted and I have to admit they kind of worried me, lots of people seemed to share bad experiences. So i'm hear to say it wasn't that bad, i mean yes my mouth is killing me right now but I just got 4 teeth removed so I'm not surprised. The doctor came in and started right away so no not a lot of patient/doctor time but I didn't have any questions so maybe that was why, he was talking to me and explained things as he went so I wouldn't be scared. So the numbing shots did hurt I have to admit that, but after the first couple it didn't at all and besides dealing with that little bit pain is worth it to not feel the pain later on in the surgery. It was a bit hard to swallow as the numbness set in but if you concentrate and keep calm you'll do fine. The surgery was quick and painless I got there at 3 and was leaving at 3:45. I didn't even realize my teeth had already been pulled until I saw the thread for the stitches in his hand. So don't be worried about the procedure it wasn't as bad as others make it sound, maybe they had special cases or really sensitive mouths. A word of advice though, don't drink a smoothie or any thing like that until the numbness wears off or you'll be a mess, and take the pain killers around 2 1/2 hrs afterwords cause the pain hits roughly 3 hrs after so hopefully by then they will have kicked in and it won't hurt so bad. I hope this helps relieve some of your fears, and good luck.

I would NEVER go back to this doctor. He was VERY rude and unpleasent. I went into the room and he looked at my x-rays and said that he dont understand why I was in there. I told him it was because my mouth dont have room for my wisdom teeth and it would make my teeth go crooked (which is what my dentist told me) he then argued that fact which wasnt very proffesional of him. Then while looking in my mouth he went into much detail about what i would hear like ... (crunchin, grinding, breaking) and so on which terrifyed me. (he does not to anethesia) which frusturated me also we were not told that it would be done with only numbing, but he argued and said that we were.
i was very upset with the whole experience.

He is VERY rude, his office staff was very rude as well. He told me I was informed that wisdom teeth would only be removed with numbing on the phone, because it was checked off on the paper, which was a lie, I was not informed until this morning. I would never put my son through that! When I told him I was not told that he told me he didnt believe me. I would of never woke up and taken 4 kids to my moms at 6am...and drive for 1.5 hours if I would of been told that. His manners are awful, his staff is not much nicer. I walked out of his office, and will never return nor recommend his service!

The reviews here that state he's a friendly and caring doctor, you'll notice these people live in other states. I highly doubt someone would drive from California to Michigan just to get a tooth pulled.

I went to have a root canal looked at. They said the tooth was dying and would need to be removed. The dentist was rude to me and berating me because I didn't take care of that tooth. I do take care of my teeth. This one just slipped. I felt worse with him insulting me than my tooth being in pain.

He barely numbed me up. Told me to shut up several times when I told him I'd like more shots. His bedside manner is uncivil.

He makes you fill a form out that doesn't hold him liable for anything. I spoke to a friend who is in the law business, he said that form is BS and you can still make a formal complaint. I suggest you do so. I did.

I would definately recommend him! I had plenty of time to ask questions and get answers before the procedure. I was completely numbed before he stared and it went quick, was very surprised he finished so quickly! I had a great experience and the staff was friendly!

I would NOT recommend him to anyone. I was told over the phone that I would get general anesthesia and not to eat. Then when I arrived and got in the chair, I got told a whole different story. I was allowed to eat and was only getting local. I was very upset and asked what else there was, the assistant said I could get gas to relax me but it would cost an extra 50.00!! So since I myself didn't have the money I told them no. They went ahead with the shots and then about two minutes later came in and started the procedure I tried telling them I could feel it and cried the whole time...all they had to say was "oh it's okay were almost done" "just breath through your nose" I was shaking, my hands went pale and I couldn't stop gagging, which almost caused me to puke..I would think twice before coming here. This was the WORST experience of my life. I'm so GLAD you only have to get them out once.

Terrible doctor. The most uncompassionate rude doctor I have ever had in my life. I am a 50 yer old female. Refused to numb my mouth enough, so that I could not feel him working aggressively.. crying and was angry at me for expressing pain.. The most painful experience I have ever had. Definitely do not go to this doctor. He keeps busy, by accepting those with medicaid, where as other doctors do not, except for clinics.. very very bad experience. I still have jaw pain 6 months later. He tells me this has nothing to do with what he has done. I went in for an extraction because my filling had fallen out, along with a few pieces of my tooth, and it could not be saved. Worst of the worst. Should not have a license.

The staff were friendly and had a positive attitude. The hygenist was very nice and soothing. At first Dr. Bisping seems gentle, but when he actually starts work he shows his true colors. I am considering filing a complaint against him. I went to see him twice for full extractions of my lower and upper teeth. The first time, he was nice, but was a bit agressive and didn't seem to listen to my questions and just nodded his head with the usual "yeah, sure, yeah" responses.

The second time, he was rude, he yelled at me. He didn't wait for the Novocain to fully set it, he started work right away and I was in immense and horrible pain. I told him several times, that I would like to wait for the numbness to kick in, and he told me that he can't do that, that he is running behind. It wasn't my fault. I was quite early for my appointment. I got there at 9:45am and the appointment was at 10am and he didn't see me until 10:45am. So I waited a full hour and he was yelling at me for his own problem.

The man doesn't deserve to have a license and I've heard of complaints against him in the past after chatting with other individuals who have seen him and complained. I suggest that you just stay away from him. He knows how to do his job, he works fast, but his overall attitude and how he treats his patients, is what is uncalled for.

I have gone to him two different times, and both times he did great. He is not the most personable person, and his bedside manner does leave much to be desired, but he is good at what he does and does do what he can to make you comfortable. Obviously he sees many people every day and has a very tight time schedule. You get what you pay for, and if you want a dentist who is going to baby you then maybe he's not the one to go to, but he does his job well and takes good care of his patients.

I had four wisdom teeth extracted at the very beginning of the year. The doctor was not very sensitive at all. He had almost no personality and poor bedside manner. He was not really in tune with how I was doing with the procedure. I had to go back a week later because of dry-socket. I was crying really hard when I was sitting in the chair, and he simply just started poking around in my mouth with out any warning, causing extreme pain. It is now 2 1/2 months later and I still have pain in my ear/jaw area. We called him to see if it should still be hurting after this long... he simply said that there is a slim chance that the pain is from the procedure, while two months before he said ear/jaw pain is very typical with wisdom teeth extraction.

I had two wisdom teeth removed today. I saw the two negative reviews when i was looking up directions and was a bit worried. I had the total opposite experience from the other two reviews on here. He was polite, his bedside manner was superb and he worked very quickly. I felt no pain during the procedure at all. After the numbing but before the surgery he poked around to make sure I couldnt feel anything. When I could he gave another shot to make sure the area was numb.
I had my other two wisdom teeth removed somewhere else two years ago, and while not a negative experience by any means, my experience with Dr. Bisping was far superior. He had both teeth out and had me stitched up faster than the other dentist was able to do one tooth.

I just went yesterday and I was suppose to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed. Sadley to say, He only got 2 out before I told him to stop that I was leaving. He was VERY rude, he was yelling at me because I could feel him trying to take my tooth out so I told him to stop and he told me to stop yelling that he wasnt going to take that. He was not nice, very very very rude, disrespectful in every way. I agree with the last person, The only nice person was his assistant, she was nice. I would NOT recomend going to him, it was a complete waste of time and I felt everything and it was so painful.

Wow, where to start. Awful oral surgeon. Very rude and has no bedside manner at all. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed and it was very painful. In so many words he told me to be quiet because he had to do his job. He didn't care whether I was in pain or not. Very impatient. Very expensive. The only pro to this was the dental assistant was very caring and friendly but that's it.
