This is surely the worst medical provider I have ever had the burden of dealing with. I have yet to see my assigned doctor out of several visits. Instead I have been pawned off on the reject that thinks patients are not worth his precious time. He acts as if he is bothered and does not want to waste his efforts or highly valued time on someone so low as a patient. He is all too quick to write a prescription if it will shut you up, though! I called in to get an appointment when I injured my neck and upper back, also informing them that I had prior injuries from a car wreck, and they called me back 3 hours later to say that the doctor (once again not my assigned pcp, but the fallback) had ordered to have a prescription for a muscle relaxer sent over to my pharmacy and to lie flat on my back with my feet elevated. Isn't that for LOWER back injuries??? When I asked if they would like to schedule an appointment for me to be seen the following day, she replied, "No, just try this." Wow! Nothing like trusting your health and well-being to people who don't like to be bothered!
