DR rice and he is patient and a truly wonderful pediatrician, the triage nurses are helpful courteous and efficient in carrying out their duties, even when i call and have questions, they are helpful and take their time to calm me and answer all my questions no matter how silly they are as long as they pertain to my sons health.

Dr. Simpson is great. However, the Triage line was not so wonderful. On one occasion I called the Triage nurse. It was an awful experience - she was too interested in making fun of my southern accent (like I am not on the other end of the phone listening to her mock me). My child was uncomfortable/irritable/with fever and all I needed to know was at what point should I bring him in. What was the best course of action. The nurse was convinced he must have a virus, because teething could not make you irritable, run a fever, or give you mild diarrhea. Dr. Simpson is wonderful though. So when I have questions I go directly to the professional. She has the medical knowledge you want coupled with what's not taught at medical school. She really does understand a parent's plight.

Our son's doctor is Dr. Silkstone. We all LOVE her! We've had great luck with all the doctors we have seen and highly recommend FSLR, esp. Silkstone.

We have been with these doctors for 18+ years. I have found the triage nurses to be extremely helpful with questions of all kinds. In EVERY situation, the triage nurse has given the time, attention, assurance and knowledge for me to determine if the problem can be managed at home or if I need to bring in my daughter to see a doctor. As a working mom, I can't tell you how many hours of worry and, incidentally, time away from work that this has saved! I have received many follow up phone calls from the nurses as well as doctors over the years to check up on our daughter and to find out if her condition has changed or if I have further questions. I can't imagine trusting the care of my children to any other practice.

I have three children seen at this practice. I have seen a few doctors here, but my main doc is Dr. Stewart. Excellent bedside manner, kind, courteous, caring, considerate and intelligent. Everyone here makes you feel warm and fuzzy. I highly recommend this practice to any parent!

LOVE Dr. Erickson. All of my kids go there. But the triage nurse line is not so good. Several times the nurse has attempted to diagnose my child over the phone and has been wrong. They seem to just want to tell you to use tylenol instead of bringing your child in.

Office staff is nice, rooms are very small though so if bringing more than one child it's a little cramped.

Our children have been patients at this practice for over four years. The doctors are very professional, caring, and attentive. The only thing that disappoints me is how they schedule appointments. If you call in the morning to schedule a late afternoon appointment (around 3 or 4 p.m.), the secretaries tell you to call back later. I don't feel this practice works well with working moms or special circumstances where you have no other choice than to make a late afternoon appointment. I've never heard of a doctor's office asking the parents to call back because they called too early for a later appt. Other than this, I do recommend this office.

I picked this office out of our provider booklet and couldn't be happier! This is the best pediatricians office we have been to. We see Dr. Karen Cannon. She is a fantastic doctor. She is very thorough and explains everything extremely well. Whenever I have had to call and leave a message, my calls were always returned promptly - usually within a couple of hours. These doctors genuinely care about their patients.

PROS: They are the best!
CONS: none

The receptionists, nurses and doctors here are wonderful! My little girl sees Dr. Ford, but she has also seen Dr. Rice & Dr. Simpson. They are wonderful doctors. If i ever have a worry and their office is open, i can get a hold of a nurse and she's more than happy to help me. If i have a problem after hours, they have on call nurses to help! I will definately be taking my daughter there for years!
