I did not realize how bad the experience really was until I went to a great dentist. waiting times, lectures I felt like i was on an assembly line. Believe it or not I was once told I had to suffer with the pain since I had not returned promptly to the office. I used to dread going to the dentist but now that I have found a compitent doctor I feel at ease even with a ton of dental problems. I am now happy going to a real dentist.

This dentist office is more of an assembly line than a medical provider. The assistant that took me into the examination room picked picked up a cell phone call and talked for 15 minutes in Indian(sign in office says no cell phone use). The dentist came in with no introduction (new patient) and told me I had no cavities. Then did a very fast cleaning (5 minutes) and told me I needed to floss. I felt like she was rushing and she didn't clean thoroughly. My wife got x rays done too and the other dentist told her that her wisdom teeth were coming in and that she would need them removed in 6 months or so. I consulted with a family friend that was a dentist who did x rays and told her that her wisdom teeth were pushing into her other molars and causing her teeth to shift. He said that it was an emergency and that they needed to be removed immediately or orthodontia would be needed in the future. Batz & Wiener were only thorough when it came to giving us the bill. Don't trust your teeth to this assembly line.
