My daughter broke her wrist while playing soccer this fall. We went to our emergency room at the hospital and the doctor there put a splint on and told me that she may need surgery. The first office that I tried to call wouldn't see me for 3 weeks and said it was not an emergency even though the hospital had sent me there. The gal who asked about insurance and was so rude that I could not believe that they were professionals recommended by our hospital. When I called the hand center they took my information, called me back that day and my daughter was casted the next day. Their staff and the 2 doctors I saw ( the first went on vacation) were extremely nice and helpful. Overall going to the hand doctors here was good experience in a injury that started out with a broken wrist and getting the run around but ended up getting good compassionate care.
My daughter spent 4 weeks in a cast and healed for the end of her season.
