I also had a bad experience with the office staff. I had ordered very expensive glasses from them a couple of years ago and had them stolen. I called in to replace them and someone said they would call me back and never did. I scheduled my check up call through their office and again ordered very expensive frames. They told me that it would be a week turn around and that they would call me when they came in. It has now been a month and I hadn't heard anything. I called them and was told that there was a note in them and that they were there. I asked why noone called me and they didn't know. Friendly Physician and friendly desk help, but there's NO Follow through. I just hope that they are the right lenses etc. and that there are no problems from this point forward. They also don't have much in the form of inexpensive frames. Everything is name brand and very expensive. Most are in the $200 range and higher.

We've been going to see Dr. Lance Williams for years. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Williams is honest, trustworthy and not out to upsell you glasses! Although, we need them, we find the selection in the office is outstanding. My daughter loves the fact she now has glasses with Highland HS colors - black and teal.

Dr. Williams is the most efficient, caring, and thorough eye doctor that I have ever had. His staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I tried several offices after moving to the area 3 years ago and was thrilled to find an office of this quality with appointment availability and flexible hours.

The Dr. was terrific. I liked him alot. But, his office staff is a huge problem. I have gotten the wrong prescription from the company they order contact lens from. I waited for the prescription for a very long time; at least a month. When I received the contact lens in the mail, it wasn't labeled Rt. eye for this one and Lt. eye for the other. I called for clarification and they discovered the error. They told me they would reorder and I would have them the following day and would call when they came in. That was on Thursday. I finally called them on the following Wednesday and the contact lens were there and they hadn't called. I took the wrong contacts back to them and got the correct ones. Then, there was supposed to be a rebate for ordering a year's supply. They gave me a coupon and told me how to go online to put in the code. It would be a $60.00 rebate. I went to the internet site as instructed and entered the code. The response was that the code was outdated. I called the office back and they gave me another code to enter. I hung up and entered that code. This time it said that this code had already been used. I called back the third time and the office told me that they would find another code for me and would call me right back. I don't expect a call. I would have thought it was just my bad luck buy my husband went to the Dr. too and is having similar problems ie: contacts not delivered as promised, no calls when deliveries arrive thru the office as promised. Very good Dr. but the office staff are very unreliable.
