My experience at Dr. Bradberry's office was amazing! My 4 year old has some anxiety and sensory issues and our required dental exam prior to pre-k was something I dreaded her having to do. We had been to other pediatric dentists and had seen kids strapped to pappoose boards to keep them still during procedures! Upon arrival, we felt at ease at this office. No bells and whistles here- no video games or plasma screens above the dental chairs. Fine with me!!! The waiting area was nicely appointed with a perfect kids' play area that my daughter really enjoyed. The staff allowed me to accompany her back for her check-up, which proved to be a wise thing. Dr. Bradberry himself was very calm and reassuring and most of all, patient! He sat there talking to my daughter for over 45 minutes about ponies and things she likes to do- and that was just to get her into the chair!! He quickly examined her teeth, explaining to her what she was doing. He suggested that we come back in 3 months rather than 6 and 'ease' her into the idea of being at the dentist. At the end of the exam, My daughter received a pink toothbrush and got to pick out an item from the 'treasuree chest' AND several stickers. She gave hugs all around at the end and left very happy and proud of herself. The office staff is organized, friendly and files all insurance claims for you. I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist. A+++++
