While the doctors here are very nice and knowledgeable, the staff is absolutely horrendous. Every time I have gone to this office there has been a problem. They lost my pediatric records when they were sent from Haddonfield Pediatrics and made no effort to locate them at all. They responded with, "Oh, we probably threw them out." What office would just throw out a patient's medical records? More likely, they were just too lazy to go and find where they had misplaced them; we had to have Haddonfield resend my files. I had to have a doctor fill out a physical form for school and when I went to pick up the form the front desk had lost it. When I went to sort out the situation the lady was texting on her phone and barely looked up. I asked to have the office manager call the next day (which of course she didn't) and when I finally got in contact she said she had no idea where the form went and offered no suggestions on what to do. It turns out they mailed it to a wrong address and had never even made a copy of the form. My mother had to get some tests done for a heart problem about a year ago. She had to call repeatedly to get the results of her test and the people answering the phone acted like it was a burden to find this information. And through every one of these difficulties, never once has someone said "I'm sorry" or "let me see what I can do for you." As soon as we find another doctor in the area who accepts my family's health care plan we are leaving. Friends of the family who used to go to Maro's office have also left. The doctors, who are pretty good, should know that their front office is running their practice into the ground.
