When I went back on 9/13/2011 for a procedure (that I ended up NOT having done) the girl behind the desk said I had a balance from my visit on the 16th. I said why and she proceeded to explain to me that since I asked questions to the doctor it was their policy to charge more for this. WHAT? Isn??t that what you are supposed to do at a Doctor visit-especially with one that you had never been to before? She said well you asked her about 2 prescriptions and a question about your breasts. I said this is ridiculous-I have been going to a gynecologist for almost 20 years and NEVER heard this nonsense before. She said well you can take it up with your insurance company. I refused to pay and ended up leaving. If on the 16th anyone explained to me that if you had questions you would be charged for-I probably would have left the office because that is not how you conduct business and found a new doctor or at least told me there was a charge when I left. I feel that this office is looking to make money and not be concerned about a patients well being.

The doctor is professional and understands my problems. She explained clearly about the problem. Sure you need to prepare you might need to wait for 30 to 45 mintues for her.

Also if you do not have the insurance, do not come over, as all of the tests cost HIGHER than other clincis.

The Women's Center and Dr. Rojas made the first half of my pregnancy a horrendous experience. I am grateful I have found a new office. Please spend time investigating your options before settling here.

I feel like I was pushed into having my ovaries removed. I had 2 ultra sounds, and feel I got infection from the last one, because she had a problem seeing a cyst that Dr Kirsten said I had. They overdo tests, and blood work. I think they are more for the money, than the health of the patient. I am 78 years, and was not having a problem with my ovaries, but Dr K said I did not need them.

She delivered my daughter's baby. She was terrific!! My daughter had some complications towards the end of her pregnancy. She monitored her daily and was right there when the baby's heart beat became erratic. She had to do an emergency "C" section at 331/2 weeks. She was very direct about possible complications, but put it in such a way that she didn't frighten any of us. I highly recommend her.

I went there for my first pregnacy and now my second. Kirsten is the best. Both times I went into preterm labor and both times we were able to stop it i carried both sons to full term. She's caring and helpful. Made me feel very at ease. And yes sometimes there is a long wait but you have to remmeber babies don't usually come at a preplaned time. So if a baby wants to be born they must go if that means your going to have a wait don't choose a Gynecoloists whos also a OB. remember either one day or someday you'll be the one in labor.

PROS: Wonder Doctors and staff like a family
CONS: Getting threw on the phone thats a nightmare

After trying to get pregnant for 6 years, I found out I was pregant last year. Dr Kirsten Rojas was my Ob doctor that I found in my insurance book because I had heard her name many times and because she specialized in high risk pregnancy. She was on top of my medical history I brought to my appointment and throughout my pregnacy. I ended up having another premie baby, but she kept me pregnant as long as possible.

I thought the waiting times for the doctors, each time I went was really ridiculous. Also, it is almost impossible to get through to the doctor and you have to go thourhg voicemail hell. That being said, the doctor there is very good and thorough.

I saw Dr. Lisa Roberts (she shares an office with Dr. Rojas) and all 3 times I have felt very comfortable with her. I only go once a year and she has remembered me both times I have returned. She made me feel very trusting unlike many doctors. Very pleasent and super nice.
