Dr. Shelton is an exceptional physician who truly practices patient-centered medicine. He is a compassionate, respectful and extremely knowledgeable doctor as well as a meticulous and gentle surgeon. His staff is friendly, courteous and professional. After a visit, Dr. Shelton encourages patients to call with any questions, to which he responds quickly. When he says, 'your care does not stop when you leave my office,' he means it! Dr. Shelton gets my highest recommendation.

I have been focused on the wrinkles under my eyes that appeared when I smiled since I was 35. For years, I thought about doing a procedure to correct this, but always found a reason not to do it. I was either too young, too scared, didn't have the time...I had many excuses. At 43, I finally took the plunge and had Portrait performed under my eyes. The procedure was very quick and only mildly uncomfortable. I had the procedure done on a Thursday and was back to work on Monday. It is two months later, and I cannot believe what a difference it has made. When I look at my before photos, I am shocked and cannot believe I waited so long. Dr Shelton and his staff were comforting and professional, and Dr Shelton was so attentive during my recovery. I recommend this procedure and this office without hesitation. Rory T.

Twice in six months I needed Mohs surgery to treat skin cancer on my face. One operation involved an area very close to my eye. The focus and confidence of Dr. Shelton was calming and the procedures were successful. I liked his emphasis on natural techniques to minimize scarring and his 'extra' mile in testing to be assured that all cancel cells were removed. He's terrific.
