I fear the dentist because of the needles. Just the thought of a needle in my mouth freaks me out. Dr. Sherzoy change my mind, she was so gentle. She took her time when numbing me up. After a couple minutes i began to relax. She made sure I was numb before she started the procedure. She explains everything that she is going to do. I recommended her to anyone. She a friendly kind hearted person. The staff are wonderful and really polite.

This is an office to stay away from. I went for a check up and immediately Dr Sherzoy began a root canal. I wasn't in any pain and Dr Sherzoy claimed it was urgent. She told me nothing about root canals before she began the procedure, and after she was done she handed me a leaflet which she told me would explain all the pros and cons of a root canal. Feeling uneasy about the entire rushed episode, I went to an orthodontist who took xrays. He could find no reason why this was done, and certainly no reason why it was urgent. The job wasn't even half done, even though Dr Sherzoy claimed she had removed all the roots, it was a molar, and had three roots. My orthodontist removed the other two roots and finished the job. The tooth that had initially given me trouble, though only the occasional pain, still gave me occasional pain. It was a different tooth, and one that did need a root canal. In Dr Sherzoy's haste to make some money, she had worked on the wrong tooth. This is a very aggressive office. Stay well away. They also refused to give me my records! Apparently It's not their policy.

I can't say enough about this facility. Dr. Sherzoy clearly loves what she does and takes great pride in her work. She's dedicated to solving a problem and doing so with minimum stress and pain to the patient. Her staff obviously loves working with her and goes the extra mile to make sure your every need is taken care of in a professional and yet warm and friendly manner. When you go there you feel like everyone has your best interest at heart.

For the past year I've been seeing Dr Sherzoy for my 6-month check-ups (2 so far), and I've had cavities filled and crowns installed.

Overall, I think Dr Sherzoy is great. She really makes an effort to be friendly and personable, focusing on providing as good an experience in the dentist's chair as a patient can have. The exam rooms all have TVs with VCRs and DVD players, if you want the extra distraction. Nice artwork is on the walls. And the equipment is nicely modern. When Dr Sherzoy finds problems, she'll use a camera probe to show the problem spot to me on a computer monitor, magnified greatly, so that I understand clearly what is wrong and why follow-up work is necessary.

When I urgently needed crowns and the cost far exceeded my insurance coverage, Dr Sherzoy had her staff work with me to discuss my payment options. I decided to forgo a dental loan and instead scraped together the cash, in 3 installments, and even received a discount for paying in cash (as opposed to the dental loan).

My only complaint about the office is a minor one. The staff can be a bit disorganized, calling me to schedule appointments when I've already been scheduled, and once they called me to find out where I was prior to an appointment, when I was already sitting in the chair in the exam room, waiting for the dentist to come in. Despite this, the staff is very friendly and any confusion is easily worked through.
