like the most of the people writing these reviews, i also had a bad experience at my appt.I went so excited to know there was a solution to my problem.the day i scheduled my appt i called the office about five times basically getting information so i could verify on my own if this procedure was covered by my insurance.finally aetna told me that it was and i made the appt.i asked if they needed my ins information so they could confirm this on their end and they told me no.The day of my appt, i get there and before they even get my ins info,a lady comes out and tells me that there is a long process for my ins to actually approve this procedure. i told her that i talked to my ins already and that they had said it was covered. She said she knows how ins works and that they would not risk doing an 850 dollar procedure that day for my ins to deny it later.i thought that was a little rude, but she said i could go back and talk to the dr to discuss other treatment options.i asked her if there would be a copay for that and she said she didnt know. time passed so i decided to go back up to the window and ask again if there would be a copay for the consultation because if there was i didn't want to do it.finally she said there would be, so i asked her if these other treatments were ones that could be prescribed by my primary care physician.she hesitantly said yes.so then i said i was going to do that instead.she looked at me and laughed.i said whats so funny. she said that i wasted their time because i scheduled an appt and get anything done!!!! i then asked her why she was being so rude and she just walked away.i asked the four other ladies of the staff that were there the same question and they all ignored me no one even looked at me.
There were no other patient in the office at the time so it's not like i was making a scene.I was almost in tears because they made me feel so bad that i wasted their time.Next time maybe they should share this info with the patients before scheduling the appt or varify the ins so we wont waste their time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would highly recommend him to anyone needing any kind of treatment. He not only is a very talented doctor but also has the visual perception needed to make the outcome spectacular. I am finally getting the face back that I thought was gone

This guy is an absolute money grubbing Dr. he will take you and your insurance company for a ride. I went in to have moles removed and he will only do two at a time. If you ask why he can't do more than two, their response is "because that is his policy" with no medical reasoning . He forces more visits than necessary, and everything about his operation is a sales scheme.

I walked in 15 minutes before my appointment, didn't get into a room until 45 minutes after my appointment time, waited 20 minutes to see a nurse, and another 30 to see the Dr. I walked in at 2 and didn't leave until 5. When I finally did see him his main priority was to get in and out of my room rather than answer my questions. It was if I inconvenienced him by even asking questions. I took accutane when I was 15 and wanted to know the long term effects, he went on to tell me that an 18 year old patient of his that he prescribed accutane to now walks on a cane. He didn't seem too compassionate about the situation.

They told me that I would have to pay $250 out of pocket for my treatment despite having insurance. I agreed and paid it, only to later find out from my insurance company that I should have only been billed $65.

Doctors like this man are the reason that the government was able to take over the medical industry. He'll milk you and your insurance, over books his days, and doesn't think before he opens his mouth. You were warned.

After waiting an hour to be seen Dr. RUDEnicki took a look at me for 2 seconds and told me he was 85% sure I had head lice! I felt embarrassed with got worse when the doctor ignored my thank you handshake. So I cancelled my follow-up appt. to be seen simply because I don't want to pay somebody 90 bucks to make me feel like crap.I treated myself for head lice for 3 weeks with no results and decided to call back and find out what he thought the other 15% was, after all I paid for 100%. Only for one of his nurses to get snippy with me and say "Well I'm surprised you have the confidence to call back." I told her (very politly) "YES! I paid for 100% but got 85%, how would you feel?" for her to tell me "Well mam' I will have to have a nurse call you back" So if you want to get a proper diagnosis go somewhere else and pay somebody to at least give you hope, not make you feel about 2 inches tall and broke.??

I took my 16 year old daughter to Dr Rudnicki for a mild case of acne, the kind most teenagers get.
From the very beginning this was an office visit from hell. When we got there the lady who works the front desk asked if we had a referral and I told her yes, she then said she couldn??t find it. About 20 minutes later she found out that our referral had expired but she had gotten it approved. If I had been notified that it had expired I would have taken care of that before I got there. I feel that was their job to know these things, not mine.
Then we get into the examination room. The nurse, or whatever she was, came in and started telling my daughter what she needed and that they sold such and such. I informed the nurse that we couldn??t do anything that the insurance didn??t cover. She then offered to give my daughter a face peel, and that it would have to be done every 4-6 weeks at the cost of $40.00 but that they would give her the first one complimentary. I feel that a sixteen year with very mild acne isn??t a candidate for this procedure.
The doctor then comes in and is very rude, he tells my daughter that she can??t use the same treatment on her face, back or chest. This making us have to buy three different products. He told her she needed a product with Retin-A in it and a face peel. KEEP
IN MIND SHE JUST TURNED 16 and has a very mild case of acne. Then he challenged me in the fact that I said we couldn??t afford his products and that we could only afford what the insurance paid with our co-pay. This man, I didn??t refer to him as doctor because doctors don??t act this way? then got right in my face and tried to browbeat me because we couldn??t afford his line of products. Then he asked why we couldn??t afford them and I told him that finances change and that is that. Then he also offered the face peel, again I declined and he seemed very angry and he and his entourage left the room.
I was totally embarrassed and humiliated in front of my daughter. It wouldn??t have been so bad but I had already told them I couldn??t afford it and it was brought up in front of my daughter at least three more times. I feel he was pushing his product at the cost of almost $140.00 a month instead of trying to cure the acne.
I think that a 16 year old with mild acne is much to young to start face peels and Retin-A treatments!
I left the office totally embarrassed, humiliated and disillusioned. I went straight to my doctors office, they were the ones who recommended this man, and hopefully they won??t recommend him again and I am also writing to the Texas Board of Physicians and my insurance company.
I have never written a letter like this before and am not sure that I am getting the full impact across??? just don??t use this office they are pushing their products, not the cure!

I went to Dr. Rudnicki's office and I felt that his office staff was helpful and professional. I started going to Dr. Rudnicki's for problems with paches of eczema on my face and other parts of my body. He did sell me products (which I wasn't expecting him to offer); however, I found the products well worth the money. Once I applied the medications as he requested, I have found that there has been a difference. I've since returned to Dr. Rudnicki's office for a patch test and for a severe case of eczema on my hand. He gave me options of what he could do (which is great). I referred my sister and she feels the same; she is currently getting some cosmetic procedure done with him.

My mother went there for issues regarding her feet. Both the doctor and staff were rude and unprofessional. Dr sold products not needed or helped for that matter. A year later of following dr instructions to the T, issues are 100x worse!!!! Would never return to that office and I would advise everyone else to go elsewhere!!!!!

Dr. Rudnicki is very nice as he prodes the skin for items that should not be there. You receive his full attention when you go to his office and can supply you with products that will help-with your dermatology needs.

Dr. Rudnicki did a wonderful job with me and P.I. I had it all over and in my eyes, ears, hair, face, full body.. after several shots and predisone I was cured.. also with Diprolene ointment...I don't know why he was listed under Osteopathy medicines, I am taking my husband (hopefully in) in the morning if he will take an emergency.. he has not been allergic to P.I. and afraid it is something else and he is swelling and looks like blood poisoning setting in.... I would recommend him to anyone. He also helped me to see I do not have anymore skin cancer.
