I thought this was the most unfriendly urgent care I have ever been to. The doctor I saw was not Dr. Salvado it was Dr. Z i believe.. He had a very cold and unfriendly attitude and not a personality to deal with people in need of care he was not compassionate or caring in the least bit

This rating is based on the Urgent Care Office in Plant City,
the staff is very rude and the doctors do not care about you, all they care about is making money. They give the wrong medicine and you have to pay for an office visit again to get right visit. Paid $115.00 and still sick, had to go to another doctor to get better......beware, go to now care with Dr. Strait much more friendlt staff and not as expensive and better care the first time

If you are looking for a wonderful compassionate Pediatrician in Plant City call Dr. Salvador Bou @ 813-719-3716. I have know him for 7 years now and he is always the same caring physician as the first time I met him. His staff is wonderful and his billing office is so helpful if you need any assistance

At the Fishhawk Urgent Care Facility --- NO bed-side manners. This is our second encounter w/ him at this Urgent Care facility. He is definitely NOT a people person. He is abrupt, shows no empathy & made NO effort whatsoever to put my child at ease - very cold personality. I can overlook these traits if it weren't for the fact that he KNOWINGLY, PURPOSEFULLY & NEEDLESSLY inflicted tremendous pain on my child. My child had an infected ingrown toenail on his big toe. Initially the doctor said he was going to numb the area. He walked out of the room and we were moved to another room w/ two other assistant &/or nurses. When he came in again his only words were "I'm going to try something." I didn't have time to say anything before he (what I thought at the time was that he was going to clip the side of my childs toenail) used an instrument to plunge under the top corner of the toenail to the bottom, then RIPPED it toward the middle of the toe. This was done W/OUT numbing!!! He didn't even have the decency to say a few calming words to my child much less give us the choice/ option to do this procedure without numbing the area as he initially said he would. IT WAS NOTHING SHORT OF TORTURE INFLICTED ON A CHILD.

The office staff was the only saving grace.

I feel comfortable meeting with Dr. Salvato. I don't mind traveling from Lakeland to see him because I know I am getting the best service available. I would recommend Dr. Salvato as an honest and caring person. Did I mention he has a sense of humor?

Unfriendly doctor and staff. His mother runs the office and she is impossibly rude. But more importantly, my medical problem was ignored by the doctor until it was almost too late. His nurse practitioner did what she could, but she is overworked and always in a hurry.

I went there because they took my insurance, but the office was dirty and I had second thoughts right from the beginning.

There are good doctors in this town; don't go to this doctor.

If your looking for a great medical team then try Dr Michael Salvatos office. They will work very hard to keep you healthy and have a bunch of great folks who really take pride in what they do and give you the help and care you need. Very nice and friendly staff waiting to serve your health care needs. Come on now give them a try. You will be very happy you did.
