The ACTUAL dentist (2 of them) seem like they are on the up and up. I am extremely unhappy with the overall service however, due to the fact that the head office lady, who goes by "Vina" (curiously, no last name) is very shady. She comes across like a money hungry used-car salesman. She approaches you in the fakest way possible, which you can sense from the moment you walk in. She's either owner, part-owner, or highly paid saleswoman of the place, yet when you back her off with questions about what actually needs to be done, she says "you'll need to talk to the doctor about that". Well, interestingly, when I asked the dentist questions regarding procedures that could affect my pocket book by hundreds (or thousands) of dollars, she is right around the corner ear-hustling. If she senses that you are trying to look for the cheapest route by asking the ACTUAL dentist real questions that would help you make an educated decision, she comes storming into the room like the sales manager at the used car lot to shut you down. This is extremely intimidating. One year ago, I spent 700 hundred dollars of my hard earned money to have my teeth cleaned, and two un-sightly problem cavities drilled-out and one was filled and bonded. Another dentist I saw said that the job was second-rate and would need to be pulled out eventually and re-done. Yesterday, the whole thing blew out and left me with a massive hole in my upper left front teeth while I was eating an egg and cheese burrito of all things. I went in to have them fix it, (figuring that they would take care of it, after all it was only one year ago). Not only did they NOT take care of it. They told me that I need a crown right away or it would go to "root canal status" in days. And oh, by the way, they wanted me to come up with an extra $600 bucks. But not to worry, I could pay that in 2 easy payments. Screw that. I will go to ANY dentist before these people. They don't back their work, and the office is runned by a phony high pressure sales lady that looks at you as a walking cash machine from the moment you arrive. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
