She - and they - are AWFUL. You enter a small, crowded waiting room that overlooks the staffing area that is full of apathetic, disintersted young women, who would rather talk s*** to each other than to greet incoming paitents, or even do so much as acknowlege your presence. The wait - which is consistently long - is puncutated by a brief, cursory, robotic taking of weight and vitals by one of these disintersted girls, who, again, won't look you in the eye or really treat you like a human being, only for you to be back on terminal hold in an uncomfortable examination room for ANOTHER frustrating round of waiting. When the doctor finally decides to show up, it's brief, clipped, and unhelpful. I'm aware that doctors are busy people - I can see that by how long I have to sit in that skuzzy waiting room and deal with those unsavory "attendents", but at least give me the courtesy of answering my questions!! This doctor has twice tried to tell me I have diabetes - the first time after having me "fast" for only 4-6 hours, and the only reason I got tested a second time was because I demanded it. She isn't interested, or perhaps isn't able?, to answer basic questions, and instead said that she would "send someone" to my home to teach me how to deal with this disease... I'm so glad that my insurance is paying HER to tell me absolotely nothing! I've called the doctor's office regarding pescriptions that they were suppose to fill and failed to follow through with, and get a flippant, snotty answer - I ask as to why I wasn't contacted and advsied as to why my perscriptions were denied, and she gets even nastier and puts me on hold for 10 minutes. PAITENTS BEWARE - find someone else who will spend the time to help you with your healthcare, not treat you like a lowly piece of chattle!

We had a terrible experience with this medical practice. When visiting my parents a couple of years ago, our infant daughter fell ill. Because she has two mothers, the physician did nothing but make snide remarks about our family and brush off her illness. A visit to another physician diagnosed our then 3 month old with a double ear infection. We would not recommend Genesis to anyone, your care or your child's care will not come first.
