We no longer offer Pilates, however, we now have Progressive Rehab, personal training, Zumba, Nia, and Boot Camps to help you fulfill your health and wellness needs.Dr. Espinoza has been great for my whole family. He helped with my head aches and shoulder after a car accident. My husband can chop wood again after hurting his elbow. My daughter who dances is helped with her back when he makes adjustments to straighten her back.
We are given a choice between using health insurance (ours pays 85%) or a flat fee of $45. I have found that they do what they can to help get affordable health care.
Dr. Espinoza has a great sense of humor and friendly manor. If you have never seen a chiropractor before he puts you at ease and relaxed.
