Receptionists are aweful !!! I called to get a prescrition refilled , Sheena had recently gotten a new nurse that necer returns calls ! When asking if I could speak to the nurse (forget about getting through to the doctor !) because I needed a refill on high blood pressure medication the receptionist was rude and said I should just call the pharmacy . If I call and request a refill , I am supposed to call the pharmacy aevery hour until they say yes we got it ? The courtesy of a phone call is only to much to ask for a business that bills the insurance company and has more customers than they can handle . If they were any other business they would have to call their customers back I can assure you . Then the office manager got on the phone and said look if you are going to have an attitude / I started thge conversation with I just need my blood pressure medication . I said I have said nothing bad and I am not upset , she stated "well it sounds like you are going there " Really since when do health care professionals argue with a guy that needs medicine for high blood pressure ? They obviously don't care whether you are their customer or not , or actually whether you live or die . I went to Sheena for 10 years , sadly I left not because of her but the intitlement drones she employs .
