My children go there for speech therapy and I have seen amazing results! Both children have made great progress and the therapist Jess is amazing. She creates an environment that encourages the children to stay focused and on task. I like the 30 min. sessions because I know they don't have time to lose focus. I am so pleased to see the compassion and professionalism while being flexible with our schedule. I would and have highly recommended CTC to other families and they too,now go there and are very pleased!

I am the mother of a son who has received therapy services at both the Apple Valley and Eagan clinics. The services we received were fantastic. Each therapist went over and above to communicate with me. They all had a way of making therapy fun and enjoyable. He was in therapy for about a year and the changes are amazing. They worked with my son on his speech and sensory issues and he went from a kid who was literally bouncing off the walls to the calmer, more focused, happy kid he is today. It would take me pages to list all the things they did that changed his life forever. One of the other things I appreciated is that they made it clear that they always had the time to talk about any issues that have come up or any changes that might be happening. They always had such wonderful tips and ideas to try to see if it would take care of an issue that would come up. They provided structure with my son but were always compassionate, and they pushed when he need to be pushed but backed off if that was needed. He also still talks about the therapists weekly. CTC has a great team in both offices right down to all of the billing and administration staff. They have all been very helpful with insurance issues and are very organized. I would not hesitate to recommend speech, occupational, or physical therapy to anyone. They truly care about what they are doing.

We've seen therapists at both locations. I highly recommend Rachel (PT) as she was friendly, effective and my daughter adored her. Rachel makes each patient feel as though they are special to her. The AV location was our preferred location because it was better run and offered more personalized service. I would definitely return for PT at the Apple Valley location. But...

We've seen speech therapists at both locations. At Eagan, our appointments were rushed and we felt more like a number than a client. Most appointments were deemed complete when the next patient walked into our room and begin interacting with my daughter's therapist - clearly unprofessional.

I recently spoke with the scheduler about openings for therapy and was told that appt.'s were 30 minutes in length. A concern, as the therapist seemed rushed while doing 45 minutes in the past. When I expressed another concern, she flat out told me the experiences we had with other patients walking into our room didn't happen. Are you kidding?! Ahem, I was there. I emphasized that this did in fact happen and at nearly every appointment. I was hoping the clinic had improved, but after this discussion, I'm thinking not so much.

This clinic is stand alone, which makes parking a breeze. Even so, I think we'll continue therapy with Children's Hospitals & Clinics which offers a more thorough, professional program that is not rushed. Often people think this clinic is affiliated with "Children's" - instead, it is a private company which no association Children's Hospitals and Clinics of St. Paul and Mpls.
