The staff was incredible, they were all polite and made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They were able to take me into for the exam and consult as soon as I walked in.

My daughter (age 16) had her heart set on invisalign for her second phase of treatment.(1st phase-Damon braces) She was told she wasn't a candidate for this type of treatment. I asked my friends and did some research and found a great orthodontist! We chose Dr. Sutherland because of his rating with invisalign (the highest=very experienced) and comments from a friend and her daughter. Our first appt. was informative. We asked again about invisalign and was happily told my daughter would be able to proceed with invisaligh(happiness)! I have my daughter started and my son, who is a wrestler, is also getting invisalign. My kids are happy and that makes me happy. Invisalign is great for teens and teens who play sports. We are a military family, new to the area. When I called for Orthodontic information, they also shared information about the area! The staff is so friendly and caring. I'm thankful that Dr. Sutherland accepts our military dental insurance, truly a diamond find!

The visit to this amazing orthodontic office was a nice delight. The employees were awfully nice and instructions for my braces were given very easily. I look forward to my next visit. For anybody that want's a nice job on their braces this is a great establishment to visit.

I made an appointment for my son to be evaluated for orthodontic treatment. Just as I suspected he was a canidate for braces. Within one week they had him back in the office and braces are on. Awesome staff... Loved the experiance!

I was very apprehensive of getting adult braces but knew that it was a necessity due to function and not something cosmetic. Dr. Sutherland explained my options to me with a well thought out plan for treatment. The staff have been very friendly and are not only excellent clinicians but agents of customer service.

It is a blessing to come to the office and be greeted with such happy, caring and confident office staff. As a working parent, they are all so patient and understanding with my schedules. Dr. Sutherland is such a patient and understanding person and my son really is very comfortable with him. We are grateful to see that Jesus is the center of their work place! Thank You!

My daughter got braces from Dr. Sutherland years ago and I just want to say what a great job he did. She is now in her early 20's and her teeth look fantastic. At the time, I dont think she was very happy to deal with the discomfort of braces, but Dr. Sutherland made sure to make it as painless as possible. Today with just one look at her you can see how happy she is with the results every day!

Wonderful environment to have orthodontist work done. Everyone greets you by name with a smile. All the staff are friendly and the building makes you feel at home with the comfortable waiting rome; not that i ever had to wait long. The equipment and new technology in the office seemed to always improve by the next visit. The nurses communicate with the patients what is going on, and ask questions to make sure the patients understand. After the appointment someone clarifies with the patient and guardian what is improving, the target date, and what the braces ect. will begin changing. Then they schedule the next appointment and send out an email the week before to remind you of it.

I am the third one in my family to go to Dr Sutherland. I like the office and the staff. They are very nice there and I don't feel like I am going to my doom when I go to my appointments. I like that I got to choose glow-in-the-dark-neon pink for my appliance. They make it fun to go there.

This is a great practice. The office staff is very kind, helpful and professional. They stayed past closing yesterday to fix a pokey wire in my daughters mouth. The office is fun for kids with a wii in the waiting room. They also give little gifts and have drawings which is a little added bonus!

When you walk into there office you feel the warmth in the office. The staff is wonderful & very professional. My son was a little nervous, especially when I couldn't be in the room with him. The front desk gal allowed me to check on him half way into his appointment. He had a huge smile and was very calm. Thank you for taking care of my son.

I would really recommend Dr.Sutherland because the appointments are quick and easy and painless they have a easy check in computer and the nice staff members choose out your next appointment that fits in your schedule.
