I've written 2 emails and left 7 messages in the past 3 months; none has been returned. My custom orthodics are over 2 months late, but the office showed no initiative in checking on their status or updating me on the lack of progress. In

As I was leaving the office from my first visit, I scheduled a second visit. Astonished by the cost of $500 for a single visit (with very good insurance) I requested what my second visit would cost. They fumbled around for a while and then were too busy with other people to tell me right there, and said I could go and would be called back within the hour. No call, so I called the following day, and was asked to leave a message so someone could get back to me. No call back, so I called again, this time mentioning that I have been waiting a call back for 1 week. I received no apology and was treated very rudely. I was so aggrivated by the demeanor of the office that I have cancelled my appointment. They didn't bat an eye and could care less. TERRIBLE OFFICE!!! DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR WELLBEING!!
