I have been a patient for almost 4 years, and I too had problems with the billing, but that is a thing of the past. They had a big change in management a couple of years ago. From what I was told they had some company doing all their billing and with the change of management they decided to do all their billing. I have had no problems since then, and have had nothing but postitive experiences since then. Dr Berry and his staff ROCK

They have a decent specialist but their billing is horrible, apparently they have a computer glitch that throws people in loops, one pays and then 2 years later they require you to pay the same amount again claiming you hadn't paid it, then you speak with your insurer who shows you everything has been paid to them twice for the ONE appointment (I have only been there once and never plan to return). Then they tell you all confusion has been cleared, and ONE YEAR later they contact you again claiming that you owe them again. In short, never lose your paperwork from 3+ years ago if you choose to use them, and be prepared to spend a lot of time proving to them that you have paid.
