Dr Herzog truly did not care about my suffering. He made a "plan" he did not follow up on. He sent me to work on the phone suffering. After you see him, you never see him again, only staff. He didn't ask me any questions, diagnosed me from the paperwork I filled out. After thousands of dollars spent, I had the nerve to "question" him and asked for the office manager. Instead of a call back, I got a letter of discharge, they cancelled my appointment to have my cpap card read,so I don't know if it's working properly. He had his staff shoot my head full of botox and cancelled my appointment to have the check up to see his staff (not him again) and check on any problems from the poison he had shot in my head. All because I questioned him. He charges up as much as he can, and if the brain MRI shows no problem, then he's through. He did have his staff give me a paper on a couple of books to read. That's all the feedback I received after me and my insurance company spent close to $10,000.

I went to Dr. Herzog at Texas Neurology because of migraines. During my initial appointment with Dr. Herzog, he gave me a packet explaining migraines and possible triggers. He gave me a prescription for Maxalt-MLT for the migraines. At the end of the appointment, Dr. Herzog scheduled me for 3 scans of my brain, head, and neck.

The next week, the nurse called me to read me the report for the first 3 scans. I didn??t understand what any of it meant since she was reading the report verbatim and wasn??t helpful in explaining what it all meant. I was very concerned after that call since I didn??t know if anything on the report was serious or not. I called back and left a message to try to see if I could talk to Dr. Herzog. The office called me back later and said that the nurse scheduled a 4th scan along with blood tests, and said she would also sit down with me to go over the initial report again. Right after I did the 4th scan and blood tests, my girlfriend and I met with the nurse. She, again, simply read the initial report to us. We asked some questions, but we got the sense that she was annoyed with our questions. Also, her responses to the questions were a little vague, leading us to believe that she may have not known the answers. We only asked her things like what did certain things in the report mean, if certain things in there were common or were serious issues, etc. She finally told me that if I had any more questions I should ??Google it.? We then left, just as confused and worried as before. After a few days of finding nothing relatable on Google, I called them back to make an appointment with Dr. Herzog so he himself could explain things. The office told me that they could only make an appointment with the nurse again. I insisted that I wanted to see Dr. Herzog, told them that the nurse was not helpful, and that I was very concerned. They again told me that they couldn??t make an appointment with the doctor and I could only see the same nurse. It seems that a patient can only see Dr. Herzog once during the initial visit, and then never again. I do not recommend Texas Neurology or Dr. Herzog.

I felt he did not listened to a word I said!!! I felt he was not organized. When he was reading the wrong results from 2 years ago, and I questioned him about it -he snapped at me about it. I was very dissappointed. I just need help!!
