I mostly agree with the above review. I was very happy in the beginning with "Dr K". He started me out with the medications that I requested...I had previously been taking the meds that he prescribed for me. It was the kind and amounts that I felt that I needed. After the first appointment I switched to his PA, Kristin Beitz. I liked her much better. As time went on, I started noticing problems. His Office Manager was replaced with an extremely rude woman that gave me nothing but grief over my bill. Then I found out that Dr K had been indicted by the police, arrested and made to pay a quite substantial amount to stay out of jail. He also started doing is own his own lab work in house. They made a lot of mistakes that he tried to hold me responsible for. Finally, he decided to quit prescribing one of my pain medications. So he started me tapering down on it but wouldn't replace it with anything else to make up for it. After a couple of months of tapering down I was told that I was being cut as a patient. He felt that there were too many inconstancies in my drug tests even though he knew it was his lab techs that had made the mistakes. He didn't even have the decency to tell me himself...he left it up to the PA. I'm actually glad to be rid of him.

Dr. Kozmary is a very congenial man who will give you almost anything you want. Unfortunately for me he prescribed a large dose that according to other Doctors would be lethal to someone who had not built up a tolerance. His office is a mess. Wait times are two hours or more. The list that you have to fill out each time you go is as exasperating as it is long - eight pages with drawings yet. The staff are rude because they are overworked. If you want immediate relief at any cost you can go to him but beware -when he thinks you are on enough medication he will dump you and you won't find anyone else who will give you what he was giving you. I thought he was absolutely a life saver until i got dumped and couldn't find out why despite repeated requests and couldn't find another Doctor to proscribe the amount of medications he did. Go someplace else. It is easier to take it a little slower with a better assessment of your needs than just giving you more and more until you get dropped and then have to go almost cold turkey or else rehab.
