You might as well rely on WebMd to diagnose you! These clowns diagnosed me with a bacteria in my stomach when I was suffering from anxiety, gave a family member a clean bill of health who died 9 months later from a HOST of illnesses. Don't bother wasting your time or money. You'll wait in the lobby longer than you'll spend with the "doctor". How they are still in practice is a mystery to me.

I stumbled upon Dr. Susan Pash-Lohr online while looking for a new doctor after my last doctor moved away. I saw that she had good ratings online and accepted my insurance so I thought I would give her a try. The appointment I schedule was three weeks out which I believe is normal for a regular physical right now. I walked into the office 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to fill out paper work. The office manager was very friendly and kind which gave me hope that the rest of the experience would be fine.

I was taken into a room with the nurse at the time of my appointment and he took my blood sample. He then proceeded to remove his used gloves and toss them onto the exam table as he left the room. I felt that his procedure was sloppy and he had hesitation with the basics such as blood pressure. I then spent 30 minutes waiting in that room. He then came and moved me to a different room where my pap smear exam would take place. He handed me a gown which consisted of a paper crop top and a paper sheet. This would have been fine except it was cold that day and I waited another 20 minutes on the exam table pretty much naked.

At this point, I was ready to put on my clothes and walk out but decided that I had waited 3 weeks for an appointment and might as well get it over with. Doctors I have been to in the past have met with me before the exam and before undressing to discuss any issues or symptoms and allow me the chance to ask questions or express concerns. Dr. Susan Pash-Lohr came in and got right to business. She quickly introduced herself, reviewed my records, made little to no eye contact and went straight to the pap smear exam. During the breast exam, she lifted my arm and I told her I had hurt my shoulder while snowboarding about a week and a half ago and that it hurt to hold my arm in certain positions. She did not ask any questions about my comment and ignored me.

I would not recommend Dr. Susan Pash-Lohr for any woman looking to find a new doctor for a regular physical and pap smear exam. This was my one and only appointment with her and I do not have experience with any other aspects of her practice. My experience was completely void of compassion and warmth.

My entire family goes to Dr. Susan as our family practitioner and we have done since my youngest child was born 13 years ago. We've all received the kind of care I associate with the 'house call' doctors of the past. The office manager, Holly, is great too. She's always just a phone call away when you have questions about referrals, insurance, or recommendations. The nursing staff is also great. I never go anywhere else unless I have to; in fact we followed them as they moved from Quincy & Buckley to Arapaho & Jordan Rds. to Lone Tree.

My whole family goes to Southeast Family Physicians and have had good experiences. Dr. Pash-Lohr listens to what I have to say and the nurses are very good. Holly who runs the office is very efficient and knowledgeable. My only complaint would be occasional wait times.
