I dont recommend this place and I dont recommend Dr. King. I bought a 6 laser hair removal from Groupon.
The service was bad, Dr.King would push you to tip $50.00 for a large area. If you there make sure you tip cash, other than that your card will be swaped $50.00 right on, dont matter what you want. This is more as a fee than gratuity. Why go Groupon if you think its not a fair shot? I understand that Groupon is a window for good professionals to show their service excellence for future business.
Gratuity is recognition of the value of a good service. I make sure to tip good well done service. They are so confident that you wont return there, they get enough $ from you at the time you there. Not even them believe in their quality. Ive been in several SPAs that would suggest gratuity, not ask or force you tip. Im abandoning my last session there. Dr. King can keep that last session since she would always try to skip one; if you buy 6 sessions they will try to jack one; next session is your last one, right? Typical. Keep it.. I prefer seek a more reputable and professional SPA like place for my future laser removal needs. Florida Mesotherapy and Laser Institute, in my opinion and experience, is a bad choice. No results at all on laser hair removal.

I am fed up with this dr. I was off birth control for 1 week because she didn't respond to my pharmacy's request after the receptionist told me to have my pharmacy send for a refill. When I went in for my exam, she refused to give me a rx for birth control, stating I had to wait until my next menstrual cycle, make another appt, and come in for a pregnancy test. I am not sexually active at the moment. When I questioned her why a pregnancy test would differ after my next menstrual cycle, she became very hostile and stated according to HIPAA guidelines, she must do a pregnancy test at the time of writing the rx for birth control, "not two weeks before, not two weeks after.." as if I'm an idiot. Well, that's funny because I know HIPAA from working in the medical field and I can't find any information supporting what she told me. She is never on time, even when you are the first appt. Once I waited for over 2 hours. I would like to file a formal complaint but I don't know how/where.
