.

Dr. Ray is a terrible doctor. Not only does she not dress appropriately (she dresses like a college student gearing up for a night of bar/man hopping), but she also conducts herself in a most unprofessional manner. Referring specifically to her behavior in the psych ward at Thomas Memorial hospital, Dr. Ray mistreats, ignores, and belittles the issues and troubles of patients she dislikes. She blatantly lied about the contents of a medical file (later confirmed by a nurse who looked in it), refused to properly medicate--insisting only ONLY writing an order for medications that cause severe allergic reactions--twice.
If you're not the kind of person who rolls over and assumes everything your doctors says is equal to the words of God, this is not the doctor for you.
No doctor is perfect; good doctors are willing to listen to constructive criticism, or even be corrected by a patient. Dr. Ray is not one of those doctors. The moment you point out something she's doing that isn't appropriate, such as refusing to consult your medical file, or prescribing medications for you that cause you to have severe, negative reactions, she pretty much considers you an enemy, and you'll have no possibility of any progress with this lady.
Some doctors really aren't doctors at all; they're nothing more than someone who wanted a prestigious job title and high income, without actually caring about their patients. I'm sad to say that Dr. Ray is a prime example of such a doctor. She's a bad doctor.
