.

I had just moved to the Branson area and had only been in town two weeks when an impacted wisdom tooth started causing me extreme pain.
The office reminded me more of a nail salon- virtually no privacy. Their staff was also incredibly rude! I first had a woman jam a mouthpiece practically down my throat for x-rays (mind you, without ANY warning) and when I gagged, she told me that if I kept making things difficult that we'd be there all day!
A few minutes later I overheard two of the workers (I'm not even sure if they were dentists or assistants- they never introduced themselves) talking behind my chair. They probably thought I couldn't hear them with the TV blaring right in front of me. One said "this is the worst I've ever seen." The other, "I'm not touching this one with a ten foot pole." Sure enough, she came around the corner with a fake smile on her face and MY x-rays in her hand. She tried to convince me that it was a simple procedure, but they had a specialist they wanted bring in for an impacted tooth.
When I asked to see the x-rays, she acted really annoyed and even asked why I'd want to see them! The only positive experience I got from this ordeal was from the pain killers they prescribed me. Needless to say, I didn't schedule my surgery with them.

Business Response:

Patient was appropriately referred to an Oral Surgeon in our communty to have her third molar removed. Patient required sedation. We do not offer that service.
