I went to take both of my daughters for a check up. The patient information was incorrect. I waited about 30 minutes to be seen. It took about 20 minutes to do the eye pressure test for my youngest daughter. I have never seen a computerized machine that did one eye at a time. The other office I usually visit does both eyes at once in less than a minute. They couldn't even do it for my other daughter they had to use drops which I assume were fluorescein-proparacaine. I was with my younger daughter and didn't know they were giving her the drops. Later when she was picking out glasses she said her eyes were hurting and felt as if they were going to pop out. I told the staff and they got the doctor. All she said was that they weren't supposed to do anything and gave her some tear drops to moisten her eyes. I researched these eye drops and found that people can have bad reactions to them and allergic reactions. I didn't feel the doctor was very personable either. I did like the optician however, although she didn't make any suggestions to us, but she was friendly. I don't think I'll be going back however.
