I just want to say this...... The only this about his office is the amount of patients that they have and they lack of timing. Waiting to see him is out of control. I will say this.... The man saved my life. I was in pain for a week and a half straight. I was asked to go see Neely a week and a half later but ended up in the ER. ER doctor wanted to just give me pain pills and send me home. Dr Neely happened to be on call that night and told them to admit me and he would review my back in the am. When Dr arrived in the morning he stated I would be in surgery right now if they had another doctor in. Right away Sunday morning I was having emergency surgery on C5-C7 removed and fused. I had 2 disks that were crushed against my spine. If I would have waited another week I would probably be in a wheel chair paralized from the neck down. I owe this man my life.. Thanks Dr for all ur hard work even though ur people dont no how to schedule people in at the right times.....

I've been seeing Dr. Neeley for over 8 years now and have been to his office many times over this period of time. In answer to the 22 yr old. Dr. Neeley doesn't treat his patience like that and he's never prescribed the medication that he's talking about to me. Dr. Neeley always spends as much time with his patience as is necessary. When I first went to Dr. Neeley I had no insurance and when I told him this. His answer was, "Don't worry about the money now, We'll worry about that after we remove the tumor." I don't think he's entirely in it for the money! He sure helped me and possiblely saved my life with his knowledge and steady hands. This 22 yr old was probably on workman comp and was trying to get something out of the insurance co and Dr. Neeley was on to him. This is a wonderful man and it's too bad someone can get on this site and make up stories and try and hurt this mans reputation. I've talked with many of his patiences and have never had one say anything but good things and praises for this kind Doctor.

Best Doctor I've been to see. Had a brain Tumor in 2003 and Dr. Neely removed the tumor. I owe my life to this man. He is very professional as is his whole staff. I've never called his office and had to wait to talk with his nurse. If she can't come to the phone, she returns phone calls very promptly. Always has a answer or will get an answer for you. I also have seen his partner, Dr. Kingman and I feel the same about him as I do about Dr. Neely. I would recommend Dr. Neely to anyone.

Trying to delete this review is difficult. I still have to leave some message to have it submitted to void what I previously wrote. Yes, the report was very negative. I have talked to his office today. I want to see if they will fix the problem THIS time.

Over the past six months, I have been under Dr. Neely's "care". Simply put, the man has too many patients. I constantly request paperwork for my employer and insurance, which is rarely received. I have a debilitating back injury from work, constant pain, yet was not given a pain management regimen for over THREE MONTHS, and only then because I demanded it. At the last appointment I attended, I waited over three hours to be seen. When he finally saw me, he spoke to me for approx. five minutes and was standing at the door, jockeying to leave. When I tried to reel him back in the room to ask a few questions regarding my back and limitations, therapies, etc. Neely insulted my weight (I had just recently lost 50 pounds), and all but ignored my questions. The "special care" stories that keep surfacing about Neely seem to be originating from his wealthier clients. No surprise there. I'm just your average, normal, vanilla-insured 22 year old. It also seems that, after conferring with some of his other patients, he seems to have an affinity for prescribing Tramadol, which he threw at me as well. A lot. Listen, if you want a doctor that takes time to listen to you and is concerned not only with your ability to pay, cross this one off your list

Pros: He's a Doctor, I guess...

Cons: Pretty much everything else.

Doctor Warren Neely has done 5 surgeries on my spine since July 2001. I never felt anything less than I was his important patient. The doctor loves what he does. He office staff is wonderful, happy , polite, and also show a very caring side to me. I have mentioned to Dr. Neely, he and Doctor Kingman have the best office personnel I have ever been a patient with.
I have recommended many people who felt they needed surgery to see Dr. Neely first. That was a good decision because all of the patients now feel the same way I do.
I hold a very special love and affection for Doctor Warren Neely. I feel he is truly gifted by God, to serve in the best way he can to his patients. Just a one of a kind.
Doctor Neely is very, very special in my heart. I am so glad I was referred to him

Dr. Kingman is a very knowledgeble physician. His office staff handles everything in a professional matter. They are very nice and are willing to deal with insurance issues. The doctor is nice and takes his time to deal with each patient on a personal level.
