I was referred to them by someone that I trusted. I am new to the area and needed to get back to the habit of keeping up with my teeth.

My first visit, I thought, "Wow! They're very nice." Angie went over what my concerns were and try to get my treatment plan going. On my first visit, I thought that Dr. Goodman would try to at least go over the plan with me, but she didn't. We didn't even cross paths. I didn't meet Dr. Goodman until about my 3rd visit to get my crown replaced.
My opinion about her was that she's very quiet and nice, but her assistant for that day was just HORRIBLE!! Her name is Kim, she is short with long hair, don't ever settle for her. She's very rude and doesn't know how to talk to Dr. Goodman's patients, at least me. My experiences with Kim were horrific. She was assisting Dr. Goodman with my fillings and once Dr. Goodman steps away or have her finish up with me, she speaks to me like she's belittling me. One occasion where she kept my mouth open for 45-60 min nonstop, she asked me to close my mouth, and I couldn't, I told her that my jaw was locked, and she pretty much forced my mouth closed. Ever since that incident, my smile isn't the same.. It also looks like I have a slanted smile. There was another ocassion where Kim was demanding her colleague for supplies when her colleague was being nice and went around to see if any exam rooms needed supplies.

Stephanie was in charge of invisalign cases. Stephanie always updated me on my case.. Very thorough at every appt. she made me feel very comfortable and at ease during every visit. Stephanie had left the office about two months ago and Kim is in charge of invisalign cases.. My initial thought was "Why isn't Dr. Goodman taking over these cases?" I refuse to allow Kim be near my teeth; therefore, I've requested Dr. Goodman. Tomorrow is my consult with Dr. Goodman and I hope it goes well.

My treatment plan was ridiculously high!!! I had a second opinion and my new dentist is very personable and compassionate with her patients. I cannot wait until I'm done with my invisalign treatment here and start going to my new dentist. My opinion is the same as Laura, below. I strongly dislike this office so bad, the only reason why I'm still here is bc of my invisalign treatment. Other than that, this office is just ripping you off.

If you plan on getting invisalign, go elsewhere, once they had my money, I've called in regards to a couple of q's and never get a call back...instead, I have to call back

Dr. Goodman and her team were the best I have ever seen!! I had not been to denist in years....They were so nice, did not make me feel bad because it had been a long time. Kasey the hygienist listened to my wants for my teeth and she was very understanding and helpful. She did an amazing job on my teeth. I am so happy with everything they did for me and showed me what my teeth look like, I have never seen my teeth like that. They were not only concerned for my dental health, it was a connection with total body. Dr. Goodman and her team are AMAZING!! I can not say enough good things about her!! I have already told all of my friends and family to go there!! Thanks Dr. G and Kasey for getting me healthy!! Olivia.

I walked into this office scared and in pain. They were nice from front to back. They took xrays and pictures to show me and explain the problem. They made time to do my root canal the same day! I HATE dental treatment and shots but Dr. Goodman was very gentle and patient with me. I left the office out of pain! Great office for chickens!!

Wow, what an amazing experience! I can't speak highly enough about this doctor and her staff. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, and consequently my teeth paid the price. I had a horrible childhood experience, so I was very nervous since I hadn't been in years.
I called and spoke with Tamara, who was so nice. She assured me I was not alone and that many people felt as I did, but she promised they would do everything to make my experience a pleasant one.
I made an appointment to have a teeth cleaning.
I have to tell you I was still anxious, but I was determined to see this thru, and now I'm so glad I did.
I was met at the front desk by Sara who greeted me like an old friend, and assured me I would be fine.
I then saw the dental hygienist, Angie....who was so sweet and understanding when I explained my fears. She took her time, and explained everything. She took photos, x-rays, and then cleaned my teeth--no pain so far!!!
Then when Dr. Goodman came in I was afraid all over again...but then she sat down beside me, knee to knee and listened to all of my concerns, fears and handed me kleenex when I couldn't hold back my tears of embarrassment. She didn't assume. She asked me what she could do to make my visit a good one.
I told her that my whole life I had hated my teeth, but I also hated going to the dentist because of my experience. She listened and then smiled at me, handed me a mirror, and said we are just going to talk for now. She then said, "Look into the mirror, and tell me what you don't like about your smile." (more tears...) I explained that I hated the crown on my front tooth, and the dark spots from growing up in west Texas.
After listening to all of my concerns, she brought in some pictures of smiles she had changed. I was a little excited.
She then said she could do a crown and veneers on my top teeth, then whiten my bottom teeth and I would leave with pretty temporaries the same day!!! I was so excited, because I had a high school reunion coming up in a month that I really wanted to go to, but was embarrassed....She explained everything to me, and then she said I could be sedated for the whole appointment to help with my nerves!!! I then started to cry again---yes again.
The girl at the front, I think her name was Tamara, came in and gave me this dental credit card so that I could pay for all of my treatment over 12 months with NO FINANCE CHARGES! (Reunion here I come!)
I made an appointment for the next day, I was actually NOT scared this time. I was happily sedated! My visit was not only pain free, but comfortable. I didn't feel a thing!
I had headphones and watched my soap operas. Dr. Goodman was so gentle, I didn't even feel the shot.
In a few hours, I woke up and Dr. Goodman and her assistant Kim were both smiling as they handed me a mirror......(you know what's coming now....yes more tears!!)
I had for the first time in my life....a beautiful white smile. And that was just the temporaries. I came back a few weeks later, and in about an hour I had the most beautiful teeth---pretty and white and straight! Years of hating my smile washed away in just a few short visits.
Somehow thank you didn't seem like enough, so I thought I would write my story to share my joy.
Thank you Dr. Goodman, for giving me my smile back, and for actually being just as excited as I was that day.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Goodman and her girls. I will tell everyone I know, and I hope you do too.
Thank you again.

I loved Dr. Goodman and her team! All the ladies were very sweet and extremely helpful. I came in with some intense pain on my right side and they squeezed me into their schedule right then. They were very comforting and were very adiment about getting me out of pain as quick as possible which i really appreciated. I ended up needing a root canal and she called me that night to check on me. It seems like she really cares about her patients. I will definitely be going back. I highly reccommend Dr. Goodman and her team to anyone who is looking for a kind and caring dental home.

I will swear up and down against this dentistry practice. Dr. Natalie Goodman and her beauty queen team must have all had a few sips of the same scam-artist Kool-Aid. It was a little less than 2 years ago that I went to this dentist but my memories are still clear and I am still angry about this practice and the treatment I received from the staff. Part of this was my fault, as I used an in-network search and found and Dentist close to home. I was new to the Dallas area and needed a new Dentist. I should have read reviews or researched first. I have great dental health and have never had any issues with my teeth. I made an appointment for a regular cleaning. Before I even sat down, they were selling me teeth whitening. I have some of the most naturally white teeth I have ever seen. No need for that! Once I was in the chair, they said "Oh no, well you have gingivitis!" Then they proceeded to tell me "We can't give you a cleaning, you have to set up another appointment for that. We have to use 'special' tools on you because your mouth is full of bacteria." Talk about pretentious b*tches. What a sweet way of delivering news that made me very upset as it was. THEN, we did x-rays. One cavity showed up. This one was one that I had had filled some time ago. This was the only one I have had in my life. Also, the only thing visible from the films. They told me I would need "a few fillings". At the end of the visit, I was presented with the quote for the work I needed to have done. Get ready for this..... 16 fillings, the extraction of 4 wisdom teeth, deep-cleaning treatment for my gingivitis, AND (the kicker) teeth whitening. $2,300 after insurance!!

I left the dentist crying. I was also LIVID as I knew I had walked into a scamming dentists office. Luckily, I have my wits about me and sought a second opinion from Dr. Landisberg who came highly recommended. He has been in practice for over 20 years so unlike Dr. Natalie Goodman who is trying to pay off dentistry school loans and her whitening equipment, he is established in practice and in morals. His diagnosis:

1. I didn't have gingivitis, I did need to get a cleaning though.
2. I had one cavity. The same one I had prior to either of these visits. He suggested I get it re-filled and I later did. He said they likely wanted to give me 16 fillings as a 'preventative measure'. WTF? Who drills all your teeth for giggles? That crap hurts like hell and to do it 'preventatively' is just plain stupidity.
3. My wisdom teetth are fully errupted and fit perfectly in my mouth. They are healthy and I can choose to keep them or get rid of them. I am keeping them.
4. He said I didn't 'need' whitening and no one does. It's cosmetic!
5. Now, I am not 100% perfect here. I do brush my teeth too hard and he warned me about premature gum recession.

I reported Dr. Natalie Goodman to my insurance. Some people cannot be trusted. There are a lot of dentists out there so to be as young as she is and already developing a poor reputation is terrible. I will write reviews any where I can. I can hopefully scar her name in a fair and honest manner, and prevent others from a terrible experience and possibly thousands of dollars of unneeded work.

I have always been very afraid of the dentist. I had a very traumatic experience as a child so I have taken to flossing and brushing at home as my only dental care. That was until I was awoken in the middle of the night in severe pain. It was like a train was driving my mouth. I call the Lewisville Denist and explained my situation. They got me in immediately and determined that I had a severe infection and needed a root canal and crown to get me out of pain. They called in antibiotics for the infection. And sedation medication for my dental anxiety. Overall my visits with them were seamless. It has been about 9 months since that fateful day and I am happy to say that I am back on track with my dental health and can now have treatment done by Dr. Goodman without being sedated.
Thank you Girls at the Lewisville Dentist.

I would not recommend this office, they told me I need thousands of $$$ of unnecessary work. They wanted to replace crowns that did not need replacing. I went to another dentist and she did not say anything about all of that work.
My signicant other had used his maximum of dental insurance and they did not tell him. Granted he should keep up on that but it could have waited until new year so we had to pay over $3000 out of pocket. This place is a rip off - get a 2nd opinion. Some of the staff at front desk is less then friendly.

I really appreciate Dr Goodman and her staff for providing very tailored and thorough care to me and my family. She seems to really care about how we feel while giving us a lot of information about what we need and why we need it (even to the point where I saw pictures of the treatment needed) Doctors usually only tell you what you need. But seeing it, really helped me to understand why.. I highly recommend this office.

I had the same experience with a friend of mine about saying howing many cavities she had which she was told 12 as well. Other people have told me that they were told they had alot of cavities as well. I told my friend to go and get a second opinion and when she did, she did not have even 1 cavity. Obviously, people always depend on what their dentist tells them, but this is ridiculous!!

I was told I had 12 cavities. The most I've ever had was 2. My wife was told she had 6, and our daughter was told she had 6. Six months later, our daughter was told she had 6 more cavities. Every person that came through there while I was waiting was told they had 4 or more cavities. They also give this line about "deep grooves in the teeth" to every person that goes through there. She is a young dentist obviously doing unnecessary work to build up her practice.

They also charged me double on what my estimate said.
