I started training with Mimi several years ago just to get in shape for a beach vacation, but after a few sessions, I was hooked! Mimi makes training fun and challenging at the same time. She is knowledgeable and professional. My body looks toned without the huge muscles and I feel stronger and more energized. I always feel great after her class and can't wait until my next session!!!

I've been going to Mimi for several months now, and was new to Pilates when I first started with her. She has been amazing and has turned me into a true convert. The routines are never "routine" and she is very skilled at creating a challenging workout that is simultaneously enjoyable to do. Mimi is the kindest "tough" trainer I've met. I've already noticed significant results in my strength and flexibility. Would highly recommend Mimi -- you'll get your money's worth!

Her routine is never repetitious and she knows how to target my "problem" areas (upper arms, lower abs, thighs and butt!). Really central location and she really tries to always accommodate my crazy & hectic schedule. Try her once and you will be hooked!

Mimi's great! She combines cardio using the jump board with regular Pilates exercises for a very comprehensive workout. I think she is very careful to evaluate the fitness level you come in with and is careful not push too hard but rather to work up to more difficult exercises. I've gained strength and endurance and can see change in my body shape. She's really positive about the gains I make and encourages me. She's a wonderful teacher!

Mimi, is a one of a kind pilates trainer that has helped my husband and I bond over a great workout. The class has helped us to grow as a family unit (when we get the chance to do it together) but also becoming more flexibility while also getting stronger with the whole body getting a great workout.
My husband and I where both collegiate athletes and love to push ourselves to the next level and Mimi does a great job in helping us achieve that goal. She also makes sure your still having a great time in a wonderful studio environment. The time always fly??s by with moving from one move to the next. By the time we are done with the classes we are taller people with amazing posture for days to come.
Our family love??s The Pilates Project, with Mimi, & we hope you get the chance to experience ??BLISS? with her classes as well! CC& Ian
