I moved last month to Newark, DE and have been ??shopping? for a dentist. I did a research of all dentists in town, and I realized that Dr. Cox??s office was the most professional in town. It all started with a phone call: The staff who received my call was very courteous and very accommodating of all my requests. No unnecessary and lengthy forms were needed to be filled up in advance. When I arrived to the office, I was very warmly welcomed and asked to fill out short paper work. Every paper I signed off was thoroughly explained to me ?? this made me feel very comfortable.

My dental hygienist was Liz, and she did a fantastic job. I was never felt rushed at any point, and she provided me with advice and notes on what she was doing. Dr. Erin Cox (Dr. Thomas Cox??s daughter) was the dentist who saw me. She explained to me what kind of work needs to be done on my teeth and had a second appointment scheduled.

When my second appointment rolled out, I did not wait one single minute past my appointment time. I was escorted by her dental assistant Linda to the ??work-room? and had a filling replaced. Both Dr. Erin Cox and Linda offered me a very personalized service and everything was explained to me: from expectations on what will happen, and what I will feel during their work. When the time came up for paying my balance, there were no surprises, and the estimate of the cost was correct.

I am very happy that I found Dr. Erin Cox, and I would definitely recommend anyone to pay a visit to this office. I am more satisfied with Dr. Erin Cox than with any other dentist I have ever had in my life. For someone who had braces for three years and lots of maintenance work afterward ?? you can be sure that I mean it!

I had to go to a dentist to get my wisdom teeth pulled and a good friend of mine told me that I should go to Newark dentist Thomas Cox. Located right on Main Street, next door to the CVS drugstore, Dr. Cox's office is easy to find. There's a nice waiting room and friendly nurses. When I did see Dr. Cox, he was a friendly guy, and he explained to me what he was going to be doing. I was a little bit nervous at first that the operation was going to hurt, but he promised me it would be pretty painless. He did a good job and told me that I could call him back if I had any kind of problem. I would go back to Dr. Cox in the future if I ever needed to, and I would also recommend him as being a good dentist.
