.

He will not discussion treatment goals with a patient - leaving office visits seeming random conversations from appointment to appointment to discuss whatever "big" issue is going on at the moment. He will not make the tough call and say "I see ___________ as an area we can work on to help you improve" even though I specifically asked him to help me identify where, specifically, the work needed to be done.

He uses his family as THE example of how he sees a family should be run - which I guess is great if the original family is intact, but is less helpful in a blended family with each parent having their own biological children. Be ready to hear the same stories of his family over and over because he loves to use those examples and will not listen to how to improve your family and make improvements upon how your already run your family. He wants you to do things his way because it is the best.

What became very disturbing is that he would share stories from people he would say were former patients of his. These people would remain anonymous, but honestly, I don't want to hear about others and why their problems were so horrible and I certainly don't want you sharing my problems and my family's problems with others.
