I visited with Dr. Chang in January regarding floaters in my right eye. He was extremely short and rude with me on my visit and instead of directing his attention to the reason I came in for a visit, he proceeded to lecture to me about how I shouldn't be on anti-depressants.

Dr. Chang is not a psychiatrist and does not know my complete medical history nor the severity of my illness. Imagine if I had been receptive to his insane advice, he might have a suicide case on his hands. That is EXTREMELY irresponsible.

After a poor and very quick exam with Dr. Chang, he immediately dismissed my concern regarding the floaters saying 'it just happens' and there is nothing to do to treat it. Then, I visited an Opthmalogist regarding lasik eye surgery, mentioned the floaters and upon examination I was told I had a small retinal tear. All I can say is that I am thankful to have had a second opinion.

No bedside manners, wrong diagnosis and irresponsible behavior. I think it would be helpful to Dr. Chang if he re-evaluated the way he treats his patients.

Pros: none

Cons: everything

.

Dr. Chang does not listen to his patients needs and is very fast and haste when discussing issues. He spends very little time with each patient and it is very obvious he is a money making machine. Not a real doctor. He is very haste, has a lot of pride and extremely egoistic. Be careful when going to thi doctor.
His office assistants are very nice and helpful thou. Highly do not recommend.
