This office works together to scam the customers. Be aware that they will try to double dip by lying to you about your deductible. Once you find out that the insurance will cover it and you were only to pay a $40 copay; they will not return your deductible and will keep the check that the insurance pays them. Their argument is that they are in a business to make money .My procedure cost $4100 and since they received $1700 from insurance because they were in network (contract) they had to receive a contracted price. Their way of making that up is lying to me that I had $1500 deductible.
The staff are rude and will not give you information that you need without giving you a runaround or making you wait for days (over 2 weeks) for myself and when I call, they say they are having computer issues or printing issues. This office is unbelievable and need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I am a huge advocate of sharing to others companies and products I believe in, but I fear that someone else will have to go through the year long struggle that I had to endure with these people. It is a losing battle once you finally hear from the doctor yourself that that is the way he does business.
If you want to be overcharged- Go
If you want to deal with ignorant staff-Go
If you want to wait 2 hours in the waiting room for a 20 minute checkup-Go
If you would just trust a victim to their scam; Please stay away. There are plenty of other specialists out there.
