I had such a great experience at this doctor's office! The Dr is such a thoughtfull and professional doctor. She helped me solve all my eye problems that no other doctor could help me so many years! Glasses that I received are the best I ever had, I can finally see so well! I was also treated by this doctor for some other medical conditions and her knowledge and expertise was great. Her staff was also very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I was walked thru my insurance very well, explained all my benefits and received superior service and respect from all of them!
They earned a customer for life and I will definately come back to this doctor.
I would highly recommend this doctor to all in need of eyecare! You are in safe hands!

Been going here for years. The dr is great (the female dr, not the guy) the staff on the other hand. Not so great. We finally have ins. I give my card and immediately am told they don't accept it and I will have to file myself. I told her I double checked before we came and they are a provider and was told, maybe they are, but that plan they can not submit, I have to. Ok. So I call my carrier, nonono, THEY have to submit, if I submit, I may not get my full payment. So the carrier calls Pearle direct and came back and told me that I will get a reimbursement minus the co-pay. I think they just did not want to take the time to submit. Not good. Give 3 stars cause I like the dr. not the staff.

I came in for a simple adjustment to my glasses. I walk in, ask if they could adjust my glasses, and the first thing they say is "This is plastic. We're not responsible if we break it." Wow, thanks, thanks so much for freaking me out.

They take my glasses into the back, take 5 minutes to make a simple adjustment. Because of the comment, I was a little nervous, so I asked if there was anything wrong. The woman very rudely responds, "Well, it's plastic, and we need to heat it up and I don't want to break it" as if I had asked a ridiculous question. Wow, okay, thanks.

They hand it to me, smudged with streaks (they clearly used no spray even though I paid a lot of money for my lenses), and ask if it feels better without looking to see the fit. I just wanted to get out of there before they broke my frames, so I said yes, and left as quickly as possible. They couldn't care less. Horrible, horrible place.

We went here for the prestige Pearl Vision has, but we were wrong. Their attention is a little rude and they have not a political of refund. So, if something is wrong with your prescription or lenses (just as in our case) they will only delay the problem trying to solve it but there is no refund. Avoid this place.. Pearle Vision has no control over this store because is an independent licensee using the Pearle Vision brand (?) [source: Pearl Vision office, Aug 2009]

Wow. On my first visit, I was "greeted" by 3 receptionists who were leaving for the night. Before addressing me, they chatted to themselves about their plans for several minutes. Finally, I was ushered into a chair and asked my information. The receptionist then took me into a back room to do the eye puff test. She did not clean/wipe the machine off, even though there was a basket of wet wipes sitting right there. The machine's light bulb was broken, so after tampering with it for several minutes, breathing her smoker's breath into my face, and rudely directing me as to where to move my chair, she went to get the maintenance man to fix it. After a couple of minutes, she came back and led me to the examining room. The optometrist was very nice and knowledgeable....to me. After my exam was done, she yelled to the maintenance man, asking if the machine was fixed. It wasn't, so she spent the rest of the time in the room with me muttering about how she is going home soon, she needs to finish my exam, she needs to leave, she's leaving in 10 minutes, etc.
Finally, she finishes the exam and leaves. The receptionist/smoker's breath lady from earlier begins to show me new frames. She was extremely quick to tell me her exact opinion of how I looked in each and every pair of glasses and would not leave me alone to browse. She continued this for about 30 minutes until I finally picked a pair. When she was ringing up the order, she made a mistake and overcharged me....I had her do it over again.

Don't waste your time going here unless you want to feel like a nuisance for giving them your business!!

Seeing as how Im practically blind, I sort of have to go to a good place to get my glasses, and this is one of the best. IT has its own optometry doctor, eye examinations for glasses, contact lenses, therapeutic treatment, a free lasik vision consultation. It accepts most vision plans and even has its own on site lab.
