I have been very pleased with Dr. Warr and her staff. Everyone in the office has been professional since I have been bringing my son. He is now three and has been visiting since he was about one. They have always been gentle with him and encouraging. I like the fact that when he was younger, they allowed me in with him and had him sit on my lap while they clean his teeth. I hate the stories you hear about the "franchise" stores that treat your kid like cattle by papoosing them no matter what the procedure is. Now that he is older, they had him go in by himself and at first he was scared, but by the end of his visit, he had a smile on his face! That was only two months ago; I had to come in again recently for them to look at him when he fell on his face at preschool. He didn't flinch a bit! No tears and all smiles! They must be doing something right. I don't have health insurance at all and on a VERY tight budget. I haven't had to deal with the "office manager" directly so I can't attest to her people skills but I have been pleased with the receptionist, all the hygienists, and Dr. Warr herself.

My son has been going to Dr. Warr since he was 18 months. She is an amazing person and dentist. She always has a smile on her face and after the cleaning, explains everything to me.

My son recently had to have a tooth pulled, because of an injury and the whole staff was amazing.
