I feel so much GREAT, I haven't felt this good in sucj a long time. Getting the verilast hip replacement surgery from Dr. Alani was just what I needed. I saw 6 other surgeons before making my final decesion. From going to so many consultations, I discovered that not many surgeons offer this state of the art procedure. The verilast is really neat, it lasts longer than most replacements and causes less friction with existing bones. Getting up from sitting down for a while is no longer painful and I am no longer counting steps going up the stairs. I can't wait to get back into biking.

Dr. Alani diagnosed the growing pain I was experiencing in my knees correctly and performed orthopedic knee surgery the following week. He responded to my calls during recovery and was helpful. A month after recovery, I can really feel the difference. I can see that I was setting my own limitations in life and didn't have to accept the crippling knee pain that has affected me and my relatives. Dr. Alani helped me take charge of my life by providing his expertise.

Since my botched knee surgery a couple of years ago, my right knee has always bothered me. I couldn't ignore it anymore so I was eager to see what Dr. Alani could do for me. During my consultation, he was really informative and correctly diagnosed me. After my short recovery, the result of my reconstructive surgery is visible. My knee no longer pops or hurts during weather change and I am not constantly taking pain medication. I am now able to enjoy bike trails and join races like I always wanted, instead of watching from the side lines!

This doctor can not diagnose a raging bone infection because he relys on his PA and doesn't have the time to do a real inspection hiself. He does not take the recommendations of other doctors who do personal examinations. Dr. Alani takes too many short cuts with his treatments without regard to standard or recommended practices.
I do not trust this doctor to tell me the truth about my condition.

Well folks, in this office I guarantee you are nothing but a number on a chart, not a patient. Their is a great lack of concern for the patient. They have no patience, no respect, no courtesy, and no patient confidentiality. They talk loudly about other patients, what they don't like about them, and everyone in the waiting room can hear them. They are rude and demeaning. When you call to ask questions, they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. It's like they are doing you a service by not answering your questions, or not returning your call. But here's the real catcher, the Doctor and his so called PA, were over heard talking about "booking more surgeries/any kind," it just makes me ill to know that I may have been just one of the so called surgeries that needed to be booked.
Each and everytime you visit his office, he demands that you get an X-ray, now, what's really happening here??? Talk about the medical community screwing the people that go to them for help. When I had my surgery the doctor talked up a hospital closer to his own office, while putting down another.
The hospital he had me go to, even dropped me on the floor. He did nothing to inquire about this either. So here I am, still hurting and deformed because of the so called surgery he said I needed. Well I guess it doesn't matter to him anymore, after all, he got paid. Perhaps he should utilize his time with his patients in an honest and more professional manner, and less time playing Valentino with his PA. I don't recommend this doctor at all, and for the love of God, why hasn't anyone reported him to Board of Orthopedic Surgery?

Pros: indoor airconditioning

Cons: you still sit and sweat it

.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. The staff was very rude and when something goes wrong, you can't even get them to return your call. I will never take my kids there again.

Pros: Very nice when you first go in

Cons: Will not return your calls and when your there, you can hear the staff talking negative about the doctor and his assistant. That should never be allowed.
