I have had bad experience with dentist, In fact I have extreme anxity just going to get my teeth clean. I begin going to this dentist after my husband and I got married. this is his family dentist. I have had nothing but great service. I have had fillings as well as all my wisdom teeth removed from them. He has always taken the time to explain to me whats going on and help with the issues.

His staff as always been very helpful in working with us and getting us in a quick manner. I must say I have found a dentist that I have had a good experience with and highly recommend.

This dentist is absolutely unethical and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone...even my worst enemy. I have terrible teeth based on serious erosion issues due to stomach acid problems as a child. On my first visit to this dentist, the dental assistant checked my teeth and left the room exclaiming loudly in the hallway "these are the worst teeth I have ever seen." That in itself was embarrassing. But, it didn't end there. Wells came in and made a cursory inspection of my teeth. At that time, I had a painful cavity which needed a root canal. It took me over a month to find a dentist in my area that would see me on my HMO plan so at this point I was in pain...serious pain. Wells didn't care. After looking at my teeth, he said "I can't help you" and attempted to leave the room. I was shocked. I asked him why he couldn't help me and he told me "I don't have time to do the things that need to be done for your mouth." Understanding that I had multiple issues, I implored him to at least fix the cavity/root canal so he could buy me some time before I could find another dentist. I reaffirmed the fact that I was in pain. He didn't care. And, on his way out of the room, he asked me to leave so he could see his other patients. Only after raising my voice to his assistant and refusing to leave the chair did he reappear with a promise to give me pain medication and a referral to another dentist. I was instructed to call him back later in the day for this list. Reluctantly, I left the office. Sadly, when I did call back later that day, I was told that Wells couldn't find anyone for me. I seriously doubt he even gave it a second thought. This whole experience was devastating to someone with terrible teeth and was the genesis of some serious insecurity/fear issues with all dentists. I have never experienced such an uncaring, callous medical professional before or since this encounter. Based on my experience, he only seems interested in taking in patients with easy problems to solve. If you have actual dental issues, then this dentist is not for you. Add in the fact that he was dishonest to me about a referral and the deplorable behavior of his assistants and you can understand why I feel compeled to share this experience. Do not go to this dentist. If you ever have a real issue, you'll regret it. It's sad...but true.

I had a back molar extracted and been in pain...I think I have a dry socket and cant get a return call back. They did not give me any antibiotics and/or call me back with my pain issue.
The office staff seemed very nice..but they also close at 3:00 pm M-
