Most inefficient and disrespectful doctor I have ever been to. I need a prescription filled once/month from his office. About a year ago, Dr. Fleming decided to start charging me $10 for every prescription. I don't mind paying for a service, but I'm not getting any service for that $10. I have to call in for that prescription to be mailed...half the time, I have to follow up to make sure it was mailed, because it will be forgotten. So I decided to start taking off work to pick up my prescription. I live over an hour away. Last month, I called the day before to state that I would be in to pick up my prescription. I got there at 10:30, so I waited....and waited...complained...(he went to lunch)...and waited....complained....at 3:30 they finally brought out the prescription. I WAITED FIVE HOURS for a prescription and they had the nerve to ask me for my $10!! Dr. Fleming is very unapproachable, rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to his patients. Every time I've been in his waiting room, people are complaining about the wait time. For appointments, I've had to wait 3-5 hours on seperate visits. Bring a snack!

In all my years of seeing many different doctors Dr. Flemming is by far the rudest most inefficient doctor I have ever come in contact with. My first visit, I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours and then another 30 minutes in the evaluation room. I was told by the nurse that since she had worked there he has never been less than 2 hours behind time. If this is an ongoing issue try giving yourself a little more lead way so that you are not abusing someone else's time in order to make more money. I wasted 3.5 hours of my life I will never get back only to see him for a total of four minutes for my evaluation.I was then instructed to have a nerve stimulus test done on a different day.I show up to this appointment about 20 minutes early, check-in and have a seat to be called up to the front desk about 30 minutes later to be told that he decided to block off the rest of the day, and cancelled my test without ever contacting me to inform me of this change. He left the office at the exact time my test was supposed to begin from what the receptionist said. This is by far the most ridiculous run around and waste of my time of which I will never be reimbursed for. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Flemming to anyone, not even if he were the only neurologist on the planet. Avoid him at all cost, unless you have much time to waste.
