I work with people of all ages to help them cope with the challenges they face in everyday life - challenges relating to work or school, mood, stress, relationships, trauma and abuse. I incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy into my practice to help people achieve and restore balance in their daily lives.
